I have bought two £30.00 pull out taps from ebay, and the hose snapped on both within 6 months, was searching around for something better and seen this.I know astracast is good quality as I have a stone sink from them and its top quality, cant go wrong at this price, seen another place selling this now for 150.00 so the RRP has to be right.

They have two versions, if you look at the 75% off delivery

Seems like a good price.
Can go wrong at this price.Rubbish quality.Incorrect ones delivered(due to ones I ordered being out of stock?).Do not recommend.Cheap eastern european crap.
This was a great find because QS Supplies have it for sale for £149.35 + VAT (£179.22) and they want £4.75 for delivery...

I emailed taps uk as I thought it was too good to be true, they replied:

Thank you for your inquiry, This is a discontinued line from the Astracast current range. We have purchased all the remaining stock at a reduced rate which is why we are able to offer them at this excellent reduced price. There are still distributors around the UK who hold stock of this item so you will find the same tap been offered at over £150+. Thank you for your inquiry. D Ely Taps UK Customer Support
This tap is £179.22 + Delivery at QS Supplies, so its a great find... who cares its not current range at 80% off, its brand new!

I am looking to purchase a new car at the moment, if only there was a discount of 80% off bentley continental because the new shape just come out, I could probably be able to buy one! I guess those who want current range will not bother!!!!! Nice find!!!!!
Buy through quidco for a further discount
will this work on a normal non pressurised kitchen sink as a replacement for a normal mixer tap..??
