Rarewaves Delivery in the UK is free on all orders and is sent 2nd Class by Royal Mail.
Rarewaves accept returns for unwanted items provided they are returned within 30 days of receipt, unopened and unused and in all original packaging. For all returns, please obtain proof of postage when sending these back.

sorted byIn regards to the game it had actually been resealed (which I didn't think was even a thing for Switch games but sadly it is, was a great sealing job mind)the case arrived damaged but upon unsealing you could see varying scratches/marks on the plastic film of the case and if you take out the paper sleeve you can see that it had clearly been handled and bent went putting it back inside.
The cartridge also appeared to be used.
This was of course for a new and sealed item, they refused to believe me (by refuse, they did not acknowledge that part, they only acknowledged the damaged case) but did do a partial refund due to the case damage.
So hit and miss really, probably worth it if it's a bargain, otherwise stay clear.
I've had a few issues with them as well. Although, the link to the Coolshop offer will probably be in the same boat regarding delivery times.
But it's a decent price and waiting a while for it to arrive isn't the end of the world, I suppose.
