Would recommend this given they are both TN panels. 27" version is £150 - has Freesync if you have an AMD card,

This is the monitor I have and tbh it isn't that great, the Colours seem washed out and it feels cheap.

Honestly in that case I would suggest you buy a IPS or VA screen - TN will always feel washed out in comparison. Try this for £153.

wrong price youve got there also is only 60-75hz?

Avoid anything that advertises 'auto-contrast' features like the plague.
