Are Pixmania not one of the worst company to deal with?

Just from stuff read on the web, not personal experience. Would like to hear otherwise but when I was looking to place an order with them I read up on them and refrained from ordering due to feedback from their customers online.
Pixmania are a nightmare if anything goes wrong

Pixmania are a nightmare if anything goes wrong

Thats exactly what I heard. I want to buy a new laptop. It is nearly £160 cheaper than their other fellow DSG members. However, i've heard that customer service when things go wrong is practically no existent. Every laptop i've owned has been exchanged atleast once (due to scratches or faults through no fault of my own). Don't want to be in a situation where I can't get it sorted trouble free if it is the case with this too. I know that Currys or PC World are not that much better, but atleast you have the option to organise a replacement easily.

I agree, returns at currys are very simple: just chuck it through their lovely big front windows...

Its a good job we have the sales of goods act. asus are known to be very reliable laptops, but if anything goes wrong by law they must comply
i had to go to manufacturer when i got a dead out of box tv
pixmania messed me around for 3 weeks
Manufacturer replaced direct and warned me off Pixmania
