Great price for this, was looking for a cheap Nexus.

Looks like a great deal. It's the 2012 edition if anyone's wondering. I'm extremely happy with my Argos refurb.

What condition are they likely to be in

Most refurbs are pretty good.

Tempted but I feel as if the price for this will nosedive.

What does everyone think its better value this or the Samsung tab 2 on the other post for £80? Thanks

1st gen Nexus 7 would be my choice every time!

I would buy this due to the quadcore processor. I had the Tab 2 (10inch one) and it was so slluggish with dual core. Ended up selling and looking for a replacement, which will probably be an iPad.

Lol. no not most, only some, it all depends on the supplier and who they use to refurbish their products.

Argos do not grade their products, not like most retailers where you will notice a grade A, B or even a C.

My refurb from Argos (32gb) came through perfect, wouldn't know it was used.

just had delivered 32GB version from tesco outlet for £99 very happy with it just updated to 4.3

Was that a refurb?

I missed out on the £99 refurb so had to settle with one of these.

thanks for this been waiting for ages

I hate this site sometimes

Is the memory expandable with SD or Micro SD cards? Just wondering whether or not its worth paying the extra for the 32GB version

You must be one of the lucky ones

Argos Outlet currently have a poor 98.6% feedback score, they seem to suffer the negs the most regarding Refurbished electrical products.

Heres just two concerning the Google Nexus.......

It depends. You can get an OTG cable for for a couple of quid and plug in a usb stick. The Nexus Media Importer app will recognise the media and you can play or listen to them. I've used my 16gb 7 on a couple of holidays and it works a treat. If you don't like having an umbilical cord dangling out the side, then the app can copy files to the main memory and you can delete the movie or whatever after you've watched it. Having said all that, i got mine before the 32 gb became available. If buying now, i'd pay an extra £20 or so for the convenience but no more.

Good deal, even better if you can get 32GB for a but extra though as no SD slot.

I would agree with you if the price difference was minimal. But 40% is quite a difference.

(2) tablet will not power on unless it's plugged in - which for me defeats the whole object!
