Good find, heated!

Never heard of electrical-deals.co.uk so I did a little research. They seem pretty decent to deal with from the trustpilot reviews and scoring; 9.6 out of 10 from 174 reviews:

I bought a HiFi from this company via Amazon, it wasn't suitable and they took it back no problem and got a full refund.

No it isn't- it is FREE Delivery!!
It clearly shows "Postage: Free Express Delivery" on any link.

Good find, OP!

argh! making me want to buy another one! stop lowering the price! This is a great deal, I'm always happy with refurbs if they provide a 12 month warranty.

I got mine yesterday (ordered through Amazon on Monday), not a mark on it, very pleased! Updated to kitkat, all is right with the world. Looked like a brand new charger as well.

Yes i looked at that but it is "stuck" on Jelly Bean isn't it? And it seemed to be more of an e-reader i thought ? Whereas the Nexus is now on Kit Kat and i suspect it will get the latest updates for some time. The latest, smoothest Android version coupled with (still) some powerful hardware made the Nexus the better choice for me.

great price, i've had mine for about 18 months and its still going great

Runs awfully with kit Kat mind you.

runs fine for me too and with multiple users - I have restricted profiles for the kids.

If you find it runs slowly after a while try this - it worked for me and you don't loose any data.

Thank you very much for that. Hopefully won't need to use it but you never know! I bought it today and will be delivered tomorrow by DPD so very happy- with the very quick ( FREE) delivery and with them using DPD...always find them very good devliery company.

This is a very good deal. I have the 2013 and had the 2012 and as I mainly use it for video the only real difference was speed. However, Kit Kat is actually designed to run on 512MB or RAM and that combined with a fix (from what I have read) of the memory cleaning (TRIM) on this device make this a total bargain...hot!

But reading about that memory claening fix that seems to refer to 4.3 containing a fix so it isnt needed to be done manually anymore.

Yes that was my point...maybe I didn't make it clear....but basically I had the 2012 from day one but sold before 4.3 as it was getting slow after every few months usage despite several resets....it is an even better device now less RAM needed and TRIM fixed...and i still loved it....stock android is so much better!

I still get exactly the same problem - after a few weeks of use it slows down a lot and becomes sluggish - after the wipe it's zippy again for a few weeks. I've not researched it at all but I had to do it again about a week ago. If it's the same issue then it's not fixed at all - if it's a different issue then this also fixes it.
