2060

From what I've seen in reviews it trades blows with 2060 super, worth looking at specifics for games you play. I purchased this on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday, can't fault the service from Ebuyer.

Does the ASUS cashback work with this?
you can also overclock this to get even more power
Yep it's a blower but easy to under volt for lower temps and no performance hit and reference PCBs are known to be much better quality then partner ones

It’s typically closer to the 2060 Super in real world gaming tests.
Hardware Unboxed on YouTube give good benchmark reviews on graphics cards.

As usual, it depends what games you play some games it will be faster than the 2060S and some slower.

However, this is a blower and if you push it, it is likely to get louder than a non-blower card. Good price though. I don’t like hearing my PC, so I’d personally skip the blower models.

2060

At worst.
At best it's much closer to the 2060S.
So on average somewhere in-between.

Though from what I've heard AMD drivers still have some issues.

nothing wrong with blowers, a little louder then a dual fan but for price per performance £260 card well worth it u cant afford the XT 5700........312.. then u just o.c as the above guy said....... u either got this or 1660TI or 2060 in this price bracket, u got the powercolour 5700 at the same price as this, so do reasech which is best, but these 2 5700 nail the 2060 / ti for this price point all at stock, an outstanding card for price/performance i personal recommend ...

so if your an ultra budget person builder whos come to me, this would be suitable for u.

AMD Adrenaline will bork your PC when you instal this thing, all the AMD drivers and software are a pain to use , instal etc

When i installed my RX580 it had a total kitten and green screened my PC, it was a right pain to get rid of too.... i wouldnt recommend any AMD kit until they take this issue seriously, because right now they ignore all the issues on their forums and just steamroller ahead with rolling this curd out!

I’ve read loads of reviews from loads of different sources all echoing what you have said, but from a performance FPS view the card looks good value. I’m quite a simple guy, I don’t want to mess about with over clocking etc I just want to plug a card in and play games in the little time I have available to do so. I only play 1080p on 60hz monitor but my rx470 struggles a bit. I do however have a 4k TV and considered playing some games on that now and then which is why I was looking at slightly higher spec cards (this card, 1660super etc). But I’m just going round in circles and the discount finishes tonight. I might just wait 6 months for ampere and do a massive new build to last a few years. Dunno.
Decent card but don’t match this up with a crappy PSU like a Corsair VS series, there have been plenty of a quality units posted for a little more recently.
Ordered this on Tuesday and to arrive tomorrow. I wear headphones when gaming so blower noise doesn't bother me.

Graphics card wise there's nothing really out there (that's reasonalby priced) that is worth it for 4K gaming. Certainly not AMD. If i were you, I would wait.
Blowers are honestly fine for sub 200w GPUs.

Was considering this as a stop gap as my rx470 struggles to get above 35/40 FPS on RDR2. It’s not pretty. hotukdeals.com/dea…496
Great price and a great card, however certain games are still a pain to play with the current drivers, I crash about once an hour at best on overwatch with 5700 system. Most games do run fine now though

Still better than a console! At 1080p it'll be a goood card, but 4K... nope.

Except it isn't.
5700 > 2060 super
techspot.com/rev…00/
My 5700XT runs most things in 4K just fine. Okay I don't have all the settings all the way up in the latest games, but with a bit of tweaking 4K60 is acheivable in a lot of games. Or you can just do like 0.7 scaling and use Radeon Image Sharpening (if the game allows, most modern ones do). This makes 60 fps a cinch and it's really hard to tell the difference between 0.7 scaling with RIS and native 4K.

Amphere cards from NVidia seem to be the next exciting thing. 50% faster, 50% power usage based on current (unreliable) rumours. Likely have a significant boost in Raytracing ability too.

Incredibly unlikely you'll be able to buy one before July which is a pain.
If you feeling adventurous you can always flash the bios on this turning it into a 5700 XT, there are guides online that show how to do this.

I have this from the last deal, still waiting for the cashback though Anyways I have run FurMark and my unit was very quiet, but it sure got hot after a few mins. Here is a review that says the same & a lot more Toms Hardware

Have you had any driver issues with your 5700?

None at all that stop me playing, but the AMD desktop program crashes

I bought this card last week.
clean install of drivers using DDU (display driver uninstaller)
no issues with the adrenaline 2020 crashing anything.
The fan curve isn't a curve however. It goes up in "steps" at each point you specify on the temp/fan speed points. That really is the only (small) problem I've noticed.
Very happy with it (for the £250 after cashback price from last week)

edit.
The new rx 5600 card specs are out. 6gb, less compute power. Sits right inbetween these cards and the 5500xt. Price announced at CES as $279 US. So I don't see a price drop in 5700 anytime soon. It'll hit the new cards price point.
