Claim 2 Ratemygear, I've submitted the review on Amazon but it needs to be approved, it asked me to link to the review so I put the Amazon official listing page hoping by the time they actually come to approving the claim my Amazon review is live. 🤞

The reply to the Ratemygear is 2 emails, 1 stating you've made the claim and another with some information to login to track the claim. (edited)

Totally agree, no harm trying, being hopeful that it arrives before the fourteenth of May, anyway I have already saved the order summary as a PDF, it clearly states the date the order was placed (which is today) but it hasn't been dispatched, if they reject that, then I can always return it via Amazon's policy, or wait till the fourteenth of May and if hasn't arrived I can always cancel the order (that's if it hasn't been dispatched). Plenty of options

I left one on Amazon and submitted that link. They accept reviews from multiple sites.

Did you buy used? My battery life seems alright and I don't have other issues either.

for £10 I'll keep them and use them to walk the dog with, for £69 / £80 I'd be crying my eyes out. They are nowhere near worth £69

Update: you get this via your bank details for those that don't know "Your IBAN and BIC work in the same way as your sort code and account number but are in a format recognised abroad"

For a tenner you really can't find a better deal on ANC wireless earbuds. Plus its from a reputable brand so should come with a decent warranty

No payments to my bank account yet but Asus did acknowledge via email they had accepted both of my claims for the £35 and £25. One last week and the other the week before.

I've had the £25 payment. Still waiting on the £35.
Seems a few other have also received the £25 based on replies in my comment one above yours.
