I've seen this laptop come up a few times but I think this deal is perhaps one of the cheapest yet.

It is listed as £899 but by using voucher code WINDOWS10, you can get 10% off. Yay!

I'd have bought it already but the wife would likely cut off my balls.

Good price, only problem is that I can’t see IPS feature anywhere but can’t expect more from the price
Ooh this is tempting, didn't know about this discount code. Hot.

... Put it in the cupboard and tell her you've had it for months

I've seen a few comments on Amazon from verified purchasers that the i5 is a bottleneck for the GPU causing low frame rates on some games and VR particularly. Anyone experience this?

still kicking myself for not buying the Dell 7577 with an i7 and 16GB of ram for around £900 a few weeks ago.
Just a shame it’s a 7300

Cracking deal this
I got this laptop its beautiful and runs games amazingly. Extremely easy to add a extra 8gb ram. And a i7-7000hq is only like 5% better than the i5-7300 from a source i looked at today! Grab this deal its hot hot!!
OOS
Damn oos man these deals are killing me.
It should come back into stock relatively soon, I've been watching this laptop for the past couple of weeks and I think it's been in and out of stock three times during that time.

you can't add an extra 8gb of ram as its a single slot you would have to sell the 8gb and buy a 16gb.

I bought one on the 28th of December and only just got a refund today after replacements, technicians, speaking to 14 different del operatives. It caused me a lot of stress.

Crucial, mrmemory and Kingston all seem to suggest it is 2 slots rather than 1. uk.crucial.com/gbr…3vm ; mrmemory.co.uk/mem…3VM
There is two slots
One taken by a 8gb stick and a empty slot to add an additional stick

gthank you
Back in stock, I think.
Apparently to access the first memory slot - the slot with the factory installed RAM, you have, oddly, to remove the base of the laptop. See here at about 4:50.
Anyone know if it's 1 or 2 yr warranty, some sites say 1, some say 2

Just received mine and it says 24 months on the PC itself which is what they go off of when they take it in.

That's good to hear. Let me know what you think of it, once you have had a play around. Then maybe I should go for it when it is back in stock and to hell with the balls, two kids are more than enough for me anyways.

It's a nice laptop. Build quality is great and the overall feel of it is nice, including the keyboard and trackpad. Battery life is poor but that's to be expected with a gaming laptop. Haven't played anything particularly intensive (Fortnite, CSGO, R6S) but it's holding up well with those. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
