Wasn't sure if I'd find a better GTX 1050Ti with i7 over Black Friday, and I couldn't find one and it looks like Amazon are keeping this price low for the time being.

I still think this is the best 1050Ti in the market, or are there any others that are better/cheaper?

Cold!Cheaper to build one yourself.

Yes, basically same specs, a little cheaper from HP HP Omen Gaming Laptop at £891 by entering SAVE15 at checkout.

  • Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ (2.8 GHz base frequency, up to 3.8 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 6 MB cache, 4 cores)
  • 39.6 cm (15.6") diagonal Full-HD (1920 x 1080) display
  • 8 GB RAM with 128 GB PCIe SSD and 1 TB storage
  • NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB GDDR5 dedicated); Improved cooling; Upgrade access door; Anti-ghosting Backlit Keyboard; USB-C; Faster 2x2 Wi-Fi®

Oh and for just over £100 more (£1019, you can get a HP omen with 16GB ram, 256 ssd and still i7/GTX 150 Ti. Worth the extra spend

I've had poor experiences with Omen in the past so I try to stay away from them. Plus I like the RGB keyboard in the ROG and I like that it comes with 2 year warranty... I think Omen is only one year?

Haha, that's funny. Had exactly the opposite. Boyf's ASUS keyboard broke just after warranty, he just uses an external raze black widow instead. But, yeah think with HP its only 1 year.

If you want good guarantee and not an Omen, this Dell from JL has 3 years included - i7; 16gb ram; 1tb + 128gb ssd; GTX 1050 Ti - £999 Inspiron 15 1700
