Code works with Argos
Nice spec. Huge deck.
Didn’t know there are 1080 MaxQ. If it’s anything like 2060/2070/2080 MaxQ AVOID LIKE FIRE. These are under powered versions of already mobile versions of 20x0 GPU
Any info regarding screen? IPS/TN? Hz?

10-series Max-Q weren't as hampered as the 20-series cards. I've got a 1060 Max-Q and the performance deficit really isn't much at all.

There are comparison stats here: notebookcheck.net/GeF…tml

For games it's a 10-20% performance drop vs a desktop 1080, as opposed to the 40-60% drop that the 20-series cards show
If it wasn’t maxQ it would be decent deal.

They have to be under-powered so they won't thermal throttle, this laptop is slim as hell and manages thermals excellently. I'm currently using the 1070 MaxQ (which i got on a trip to New York for around £1300 few months back) version of this laptop and I can play all modern tittles at max settings whilst getting well above 60fps. For such a slim laptop it packs a mighty punch!
One negative about this laptop is its battery. I can get 3 hours browsing the internet watching youtube etc. and about 1 hour of gaming...

It basically has the performance of the 1070 but with much better thermals. This is a great deal
Very tempting but the battery just isn't good enough
I have the 1060 6GB version. Great laptop!

With this laptop you should be able to play most games on ultra at 1080p 60fps+
Decent spec laptop , good find . I have pretty much the same spec and I am very happy with it .
Code no longer works so expired?

The laptop has reduced from 1430 to 1399 but still not as cheap as deal without code working now.

Lucky really as I was tempted at that price but dont need one. Sold my 1060 6gb laptop for a surface pro or something similar for uni last thing I need is a beast for gaming but bargains are hard to resist haha
