Really good router, have had mine for nearly a year now, running Merlin firmware, no problems what so ever and signal strong. I bought mine from currys in the sales so got mine for about £90 including cashback, heat added as its the lowest currently.

I have this too running dd-wrt - very good router.

these routers are excellent, don't bother with those dodgy netgear routers, the upnp sucks.

Both the 3200 and the 87 posted here are pretty capable routers, with a good UI. Not sure why they aren't getting more love tho.

For those voting cold don't forget to post your deal with a better price

Being sold through Amazon you also get their great support and returns.

People are probably voting cold because it's an expensive router.

If I was happy with free routers received from ISPs I would have possibly voted this cold too :-)

Excellent router , even on stock firmware I have had no issues...

I understand what you mean

But expensive is a relative term and just because it is beyond someones pocket shouldn't prevent a deal becoming hot. To help those who aren't sure if this represents a good deal I post the Camel info.

Each time I get a notification that someone upvotes the deal I check to find that it has got colder - lol.

No wonder people can get discouraged posting deals.

Either that or the grammar police come out and shoot you down, just happened in another post to me trying to help someone out. Just makes me smile people are sitting in their homes waiting to point out mistakes, or vote could on obviously good deals because they don't understand the tech outweighs the price. They need to get out more. Good deal op.
