I have 3 of these with ethernet backhaul across the house and garden office, they are great.

Just to warn, if you plan on meshing them, do not use wireless backhaul if you want to use the WiFi 6 as it will dedicate that channel to the backhaul otherwise. They also get fairly warm/hot to the touch but nothing dangerous.

Quick query if I may. What sort of speed do you get with them? (and on what internet speed?) Hopping on the 1 gig Virgin line soon - just looking at options that are good with ethernet backhaul (not keen on the wireless backhaul). So far have came up with 2x of these, or 2 or 3x Deco X60. Sure you can

Take a lan cable from sky router and connect to this one
Then configure this one as you like

I sent mine back, only some advanced network features can be used if you allow a 3rd party anti virus company(trendNet if i remember right) access to all your data

Any idea how the return to .fr site of Amazon works (if the device is less optimal?) Is it still you have to send it to them internationally? (less economic) (edited)

I was given an Eastern European address (Slovakia or something) to send a £50 faulty item for a refund a few months ago. The item is sitting on my desk waiting for me to try the manufacturer warranty route instead. Not worth the hassle any more. Bloody brexit complicating everything...

is it possible to replace my exsisting sky router with this without having to changes to the router settings.
    Avatar
Not if your sky router is acting as a modem for a adsl connection (Internet through your phone line)
