ASUS has a sketchy past when it comes to honouring cashback. Great deal if ASUS can be trusted.
Should probably mention that the ASUS cashback is valid for purchases made between 25th November - 05th January

Good point, I have updated the description.
I've had Asus refuse a return due to them dating the warranty based on serial number instead of invoice date. Was over 5 years ago though... anyone know if they're still doing this?

Was particularly annoying as it was their own bios update that bricked the item...
Also includes 5700xt reference and Strix OC which has one of the best PCBs
Sounds like a good backup if there aren't any particularly decent Black Friday deals on such cards (which don't involve the cashback donkey work!) Hopefully there will be

Not really as you install an application that verifies the hardware and then ties it to your account so you'd have to transfer that AMD rewards account which then has to be linked to your M$ account I believe. Something like that at least, can't remember the exact process when I activated mine.

With the previous AMD Bundle (RE2 / DMC5) it was possible to activate using your hardware then supply log-in details to the buyer - I'm uncertain whether that has changed for this bundle. You can list the 'raw' code on eBay but make it clear which hardware would be eligible.
Don't get the blower XT, spend the extra £50 and go for a red dragon or Pulse whilst it's on offer on ebuyer eBay.

Surprisingly, I was always an advocate of the better models as thought the blower will be very loud. But as a normal gamer, when playing a game in a decent case with a intake fan and an exhaust fan, this exact reference card runs at about 39% fan speed max, so is pretty much as loud as a partner model or maybe a few dbs less but nothing that is noticeable from 50cms.

Great card even the blower ones. Obviously u lose about 1fps performance but in the grand scheme of things that is nothing to notice while playing.

I would say get the cheapest card and will be decent enough without any worries of noise.

I am thinking in terms of longevity as my last card, gtx 970 kept going and still works well after 4 years. A good part of that is the idle zero fan stop but I respect your opinion. Either way it's a great performing card.
Got a gigabyte rx 5700 xt for £332 after a 5% ebay code and cashback from complete savings. Already received the £15 monthly bonus and the other £38 has been sent to my bank. Maybe wait until black Friday and get cashback from them? Got those free games as well

Actually have a further update on this as I've just activated an AMD reward against a CPU. After using the verification tool I was provided an Epic key for Borderlands 3. Not sure whether the same applies to Ghost Recon, that may require a UPlay linked account.

This is £249.99 after cash back, can you get the 2070 for £279.99? Have you got a link?
Unless I’m much mistaken, this games bundle should also be provided as it is an eligible card at a participating retailer: promotion.asus.com/en/…dle
