This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

AMD Ryzen 3550H (4C8T)
Radeon RX560X 4GB
1080p 15.6" (60Hz, this is NOT the 120Hz version that was on Very recently)
8GB RAM
1TB SSHD (solid state hybrid drive)

"A Grade. These are Open boxed / Returned units in Pristine Condition. They are professionally tested and restored to Factory default state. Cosmetically they would be nearly new units with none to few unnoticeable marks or scratches. In some occasions They might have non-original accessories / packaging."

Must say, I have an FX504 and I'm not a fan. the cooling wasn't adequate so performance wasn't great. However, it seems like they have fixed this according to reviews. The CPU and GPU also use less power than the 8300H and 1050 anyway.

For £414.99 it's worth a try IMO

So true SS hybrid drives boot up as quick as stand alone SSDs? Not really a gamer but at this price be tempted to use for general MS office etc
Just out of interest. How does this handle games / graphics, video editing and so on?

Not as quick, but fairly close and much faster than a normal HDD

From what I understand, it's similar to a HDD, but it "learns" your usage, so if you're booting the laptop and opening Office apps, it will learn that and cache them on the flash chip for faster access. Although if it's just for Office use, it might be overkill. You could get a cheaper laptop or one that's lighter and less bulky.

it's fairly similar to the 8300H/1050 so should run most new games on low at 1080p (30-60fps) and older games on medium-high

It has freesync too so you shouldn't notice screen tearing.

Games it'll do lesser demanding titles reasonably well at modest settings and 1080p. Really you would need to look a few hundred pounds and a few GPU classes above this for more serious 1080p gaming in a laptop.

Video editing and the like it'll wizz through it well enough. The CPU is good for a laptop, although hybrid drive performance is still considerably inferior to a dedicated SSD. It'll suffice.
I'm tempted. I've never gamed on a laptop before. What's the Radeon RX560X 4GB equivalent to Desktop wise?

Can RAM and storage be upgraded?

How's the battery?
I've been looking for something to edit/render GoPro videos on. My i5(u) with integrated graphics took too long. Had to leave it running overnight to render a 20 min edit. How would this fare? Does anyone edit with this spec/gpu?
The code maxes out at £75 off so the laptop is £424.99 with it.

I took the plunge anyway. Cheers.
What's the point of 120hz screens with low powered GPUs? I've just bought a RX580 and it can run most stuff above 60fps but it's not going to be hitting 100+ without dropping detail and that's at 1080p.
Back in stock with a £50 quid price increase to compensate for ebay offer code
