Nope. 1080p isn't great at 27" so it'll look awful on this.

Can confirm. My 27 inch 1080p viewsonic is pretty horrible.
Be warned, this is only 144hz with dual - link dvi. And only has a VGA and dvi port. No hdmi
Less than 70 PPI, I would personally avoid.
Horrible monitor, nowhere near cheap enough for how bad it is.
If I want to use a monitor for connecting my laptop to and playing emulators, would it make a difference if I get a 32" 1080p or do I need a QHD monitor? Would there be much difference between a 28" and 32" screen? I will be sitting about 1.5m from the monitor

Depends on what sort of emulators you're thinking of playing. If you're playing 16-bit or below titles it won't really make much of a difference but if you're playing something like a PS2 emulator with upscaled resolutions it'd look pretty awful; the pixels on this will look like kola cubes.

Thanks
I don't get the hate on this, for someone that was looking for more of a 32" TV this seems like a great deal compared to TVs of that size that are available!
I had a 32" 1440p screen and it was way too big for a monitor.

Using a 28" 4K monitor and it's perfect.

I agree 27/28" is the perfect size for a monitor

Yeah, such a great TV that you can't even plug in an aerial or anything with HDMI output into it!

It's clearly supposed to be a monitor with 144 Hz but idk why they would match that with a 32 inch screen (already bigger than what most users want for a monitor) and 1080p? That's just short of 70 pixels per inch... how far from your monitor as you going to sit?
