Great deal for this machine. Lowest on 3 camels has been £589.

This comes with a 3 year on-site warranty from Asus which I think makes this a cracking deal.

Yes it's a core M3, and yes its 128gb ssd, but it's got 8gb of ram, full HD screen and up to 12 hours battery life.

Great price, if I hadn't just brought the Acer S 13 I'd definitely have taken this at this price!

Going like 'hot cakes' too!

They got snapped up quickly! Looks like a good price but I try to avoid impulse buys.

Ive been waiting on the i5 QHD to drop. Great looking laptop.
Was tempted to just get this but I'll hold out a bit longer.

100% Claimed

All gone :-/

Mine is in basket and expiring in 5 mins. Join the waitlist, im sure there will be quite a few.

I don't get it... the price seems huge for what you get. Is it the weight that people are happy about? The specs don't appear to be very good at all. No video editing, photoshopping... maybe word documents?

Missed out. Joined wait list but not much chance.

Fingers crossed for you

I paid around £225 for a tablet with the same spec as this laptop last year but it only has 4gb ram.

But couldn't help my self and ordered this for £650:

if I'm buying a gaming laptop , would only go for the latest 1060- 1080 cards as the performance is double compared to the 900 series cards

I would have but it's all down to the price as well as ram etc... and those laptops / pc with those cards are still to much.

This would havw been decent. Damn

I was bought this laptop for Christmas (£599) from John Lewis, same spec, just in aurora metallic.

I was concerned about the M3 processor, but I shouldn't have been, it has proven to be excellent.

I have used it to batch convert photos using Photoshop and have done a bit of video editing as well with no lagging whatsoever.

It runs totally and completely silently with zero heat issues. Owners have had issues with the screen failing, but so far, mine has been faultless.

The mains charger is very similar in size and weight to my daughters Macbook Air.

mine works fine using it for converting photos and basic video editing. I didn't anticipate it being able to cope, but is does with aplomb!

You can do basic Photoshop and video editing. It's not a netbook of 5 years ago. The core M isn't that much worse than an i3 ULV. Here people get excited about i7 ULV processors just because they see i7 and they think it's much better than an i5 when being dual core the difference isn't all that much.
