Seems like a gorgeous machine on paper, but according to reviews the chassis can't really handle the heat and throttles the CPU frequently. Not unbelievable, as an owner of a Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 that does the same! I imagine the fans get super loud too.

Also N.B. according to reviews this model does NOT have a 3.5mm headphone jack, despite it being listed in the spec list on the Currys page.
This seems a common thing with 2 in 1 devices, I really want a laptop in this form rather than just a tablet but like my work HP x360, the heat output is crazy (saves heating bills tho). Also maybe they are in a higher price bracket I'd also want one that had dedicated graphics, but maybe this pushes the heat up even more.

This is why you patiently wait for the up6502 zenbook flip £1299 12th gen , has dual fans , leave this one fan generation alone

Great looking machine with an awesome OLED panel, didn't notice the heating issue but did see throttling issues, so may be that was that. Bought last year for 1299 from Amazon and returned for the reasons above. So very good price, and for someone looking for a good looking machine with decent performance and a fantastic touch screen experience. Just right for someone who doesn't push it to the limit. Heat! Went to curry’s to see it in person , felt it underneath and it was extremely warm just on idle display mode , didnt need to look further , would never buy it.

    * upside was that screen , gees it’s freaking sharp 👌, my m1 air doesn’t even come close to that screen , they really need to sort out the heating issues on these because if this had the m1 type no fans I think this would flood the market with sales , will wait for 2023 model to see if they can eventually get it right
