Browsing through the eglobal ebay store, spotted this one. Not sure the camera is that great, though?

Has a 3.5mm headphone slot, MicroUSB charging, non-removable 3000mAh battery (though I randomly found a battery replacement guide, trying to find out! ifixit.com/Gui…910 )

5.5-inch IPS LCD display with a 1080p resolution - pixel density of 403 ppi. Gorilla Glass 3.

The 13MP rear camera has a dual tone LED flash, and respectable aperture of f/2.0.
( Toshiba T4K37, according to Kimovil)
Like previous generations, this device features ASUS’ Pixelmaster technology that's supposed to provide better shots and video in low light.
The front-facing 5MP camera has a wide angle lens.

I have no idea! Never bought from eglobal before (or their ebay store, for that matter). From the Xiaomi thread (which got me browsing around their store) it's suggested that they do hotukdeals.com/com…186

That Eglobal is really good, they ship to a residence in the specified country then ship from there to another country, ive sold a few items with them and all have arrived intact and within good time!!
Believe it ships with Android 5, upgradeable to Android 6 so not hugely up to date...
Great deal if really from eu!
It's a good phone. Bought it when it came out and only recently replaced with Xiaomi mi 6. The problem I had was with ghosting on the screen but to be fair that was after 3 years. I paid getting on for 300 quid for it from China so£100 now is an absolute deal
Looks good for the money.
Here's a review.

considered buying this before, but decided that it's old tech so not worth it.
Why do we have a nearly 3 year old phone here for this price?

TalkTalk decided to do maintenance in the middle of the night so I wasn't really able to add more to this thread - I suppose if you have an older family member or one not that interested in tech it will do the trick. My sister has the Axon Elite (bought it a year ago for £77-odd!) and at the time it was a bargain. BUT it doesn't get any ZTE updates. She's actually really happy with it. Playing around with it (and the English-ROM Nubia Z7 Max) actually warmed me to ZTE when I thought they were just a cheap crappy phone manufacturer (mum had the, frankly rubbish, Blade L2). I am a proud Axon 7 owner - which, mercifully, DOES get updates.

As for ongoing ASUS updates for this Zenfone 2, I'll have to dig around, if I find anything I'll edit.

The (US) Youtube reviewer I linked to in the Deal Post (May 2015) said he got updates out the box at 2:51 - though, of course, that's a long time ago.

Edit: Last OTA update was to Marshmallow I think (?) asus.com/zen…tml

Avoid like the plague was itching your toes!! The screen went on mine after a few months and the battery is terrible barely half a day with moderate use you've been warned as I had two of these....

yep, I agree, old phone, old os, 3 yr old Intel processor that's probably not v. power efficient with a big screen and not so big battery.

I have an Asus Transformer tablet with Intel processor, that would put me off ever buying a similar configuration in a phone. Has crawled to an absolute halt.
