The Surprise Flagship of this year that's for sure. Since Asus UK have no idea when they'll be stocking it, Amazon Germany should have it by Monday. Also cheaper than the UK base offering.

To get this price you should use fee free card such as Revolut.

Powerful battery - with a 5,000 mAh battery and a standby time of up to 33 days, the Asus ZenFone 6 accompanies you perfectly through the long everyday life

Stunning camera - The 48 + 13 MP flip camera can be folded down at any moment. So you can take crisp selfies with 48 +13 MP and share with your friends

Endless Design - The 6, 4 inch Full-HD nanoedge display turns every touch into an experience. Ideal for streaming videos, playing games or just doing your daily to-do's

Higher performance - the Snapdragon 855 is faster than many processors in laptops. The Snapdragon 855 is combined with the Adreno 640 and together they form the most powerful combination for a graphics-intensive mobile phone performance

Highlights - 48 + 13 MP Flip Camera, 6, 4 Inch Full HD Nanoedge Display, 128GB Internal Memory, 6GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform

Getting it?

Tell us how you like it
Yeah think I'm going to get it. Gonna just watch a few more reviews on YouTube, but think I'll get it. Got a conference in two weeks so would be great to take it there instead of a regular camera.
LCD display and fingerprint on the back? For 525? That's awful
Love this guy's battery tests.

OnePlus 7 & 7 Pro
Mi 9
Pixel 3a
Zenfone 6

The phone is an absolute beast. Screen is it's weak point but it's still not bad.

Good video. Doesn't surprise me the Google phone won as that CPU is less powerful, but drains battery less. So pretty impressive that the Zenphone comes out on top.

Ordered. I had already looked at a few videos so had pretty much made my mind up.

For reference guys, the email from Amazon says expected delivery is 14th or 15th June 2019.

Yeah this is exactly what I'm looking for. Normally, the front camera is limited to 1080p and 30fps and has poor stabalisation. This can do 4K at 60fps from the front camera and stablisation isn't too bad. Not amazing, but certainly better than most phone selfie cameras.

Amazon currency conversion bumps it up to £525 instead of £500. You can pay in GBP without any extra fees.

Think you mean you can pay in Euros to avoid conversion fees

Yep, that's what I meant in Euros
It’s only £499 in Asus uk store
For 525 I'd expect minimum a AMOLED screen.
Voted hot. Snapdragon 855

Plenty of other options available if you want an AMOLED... Xiaomi Mi 9T aka Redmi K20 Pro but Zenfone is a better all round package and near stock android experience.

OOS and no idea of when they are going to release to UK buyers.
Almost vanilla android, excellent cam highest rated selfie cam rating ever for any phone, and FM radio which is rare nowadays in flagship class phone

The Mi 9T is the redmi K20 not the K20 pro.

I think he's right that the T is the Pro, although there's a video posted that the T has a lower CPU version too.
There is supposed to be a 9T and a 9T pro. So the 9T is equal to the K20 and the 9T pro is equal to the K20 pro

I just heard that. Before this I'd heard of the 9 and the 9T.

I'd prefer the front one. The back one is more accurate and quicker.

Even though theyre using gen 2 now for in dispplay readers, the OP7 Pro is a hit and miss. Rear one never fails for me on Mi 8

Mi 9T is just the Redmi K20 (SD730). It's due to officially launch 12th June< but has already been listed by various sellers< for over a week and has appeared in numerous unboxing videos< and reviews<. The Mi 9T Pro (Redmi K20 Pro) isn't expected to be launch alongside it, but it will supposedly be available at a later date.
June 21st to July 3 now, one left.

Waiting on UK stock hopefully..
Now saying August.

Mine should still hopefully arrive this week, but no delivery update or change yet.
It's worrying me on the delivery side 'Delivery Mon., July 22 - Mon., Sept. 9 : Order now by Standard Shipping at checkout.'....thats a long wait...is this going up from what people had who have ordered already?

I order mine on 9th June, and it still says 'Arriving 14-15th June'. But it also has not dispatched yet
Asus have royally fucked up the release of this phone. No coms to customer about what is happening.
Ongoing convo here about it: forum.xda-developers.com/zen…035
My order had just been put back to 24 July - 12 September according to an email I just received. Not happy about this
They waited until delivery day to tell me it's delayed until September.
