I don't mean to post on all the tablet threads but I have researched all the 10" before buying the Lenovo Tab2. Anyway just a heads up the antutu score for this is about 22000 whereas the £60 1gb Acer Iconia A10 scores about 30000. Geekbench returns about 1000 vs 2000 for the Iconia. Might be 2gb of ram but I suspect this zenpad drags its heels.
I think this may be a better deal than the Acer. I may be wrong but it looks like this this tablet is £160 new on Amazon. It the same model number ZD300C-1A017A but I wonder what kind of "used"state it's in if there's £80 discount on it.

that includes the keyboard you won't get the keyboard on this. bought this tablet last year for 120 I think, it's pretty good, runs videos and football manager fine. does get a bit sluggish if you try running too much but generally it's really decent
Think it might be the white version if that makes a difference to anyone? Ebay specs say gold, but the product title says white
Very good tab but be aware, for some reason this model has issues with tv streaming apps Sky Go and BT Sport. I had 2 of these from new and both couldn't handle the video streaming so were returned. Seems to be just limited to this model
anyone received 10%off code from eBay. that deal was posted here few days ago.

I'm posting now from the one I purchased last week and if I'm honest it's not that good and tends to lag too much, especially in the browser. I'm disappointed with it and wouldn't recommend it.

Did it come pre-rooted or were there signs it had been rooted previously, eg. Developer options in "settings" being available straight out of the box rather than having to tap the build number several times to gain access to that section? I suspect if not one of those then some other modifications have been made that have rendered its DRM license redundant or at least unacceptable to Sky and BT.

It's odd how many negative reviews there are on this across the web. It retailed at $250 in the US so I'd expect it to justify that kind of price but it's nowhere near as expensive now after all the critique. On paper it looks great especially for the price of the eBay deal. The only thing I can think of that's letting it down is the CPU which is only entry-level standard. Lollipop is a major step up in resource hogging services and apps from KitKat too. I often wonder how any tablet with 1gb of RAM can cope with it when Google services can grow well over 200mb in size just by itself and has over 400 services running or ready to run all of the time. By comparison KitKat's Google Play services is around 100mb. To run it 2gb of RAM is ample as is 16gb of storage although 32gb would be a lot better. I don't know how much size it devotes to the System partition. If that's on the low side plus it has a poor CPU (for the retail price) then it's no wonder so many people are reporting the same problems, ie. sluggish, random reboots, overheating to name a few. It even looks great and comes with DTS audio but Asus have obviously cut corners with the core of the tablet. They'd have been better giving it standard audio and even a drop in screen resolution than skimping on the CPU. It's a shame cos I'd have snapped this up in an instant if the reviews overall weren't more negative than positive.
Just picked up a Chinese W10 tablet with inbuilt 3G & 4Gb RAM for this price or I would have considered it.....still a nice tablet for the price so hot from me

I took a chance & purchased my tablet in a flash sale from a Chinese retailer...

I got a Telcast X98 Plus for just over £90 delivered....an absolute bargain .....took 8 days to arrive & I wasn't charged import duty/VAT.....back on sale around £180 now

Tablet is excellent, fast & smooth

Dual Boot W10 & Android 5.1
Unlocked Single Sim
4Gb RAM, 64GB ROM (expandable but up to 128Gb Micro SD)
Intel Atom X5-8300 Cherry Trail processor, Intel Gen8 Graphics
9.7" Retina Display 2048 x 1536
8000 mAh battery

Not had it long but so far it is excellent, responsive, no noticeable lag, Full HD videos are very smooth

Speakers are on the back aren't they? Do they sound very tinny?
