I'm all for low carb (it's the only thing that worked for me) but crispbread? It's just like eating cardboard. Would rather eat grilled chicken breast or carrot/cucumber batons.

I find I eat too much protein, if left to my own devices. These might be a handy crunchy change.

Having been on the Atkins diet, you can end up really craving stuff like this.
I currently but Ryvita Crispbread Dark Rye (about 25 X 10g crispbreads for a £1 odd). It is the only one I have found that I actually like and can readily eat. Yes this Atkins low carb cracker has about half the carbs of Ryvita (3.6g to 6.7g) when you take into account they are 5g each instead of Ryvita's 10g. But on the downside the low carb one has more calories, more protein, more fat, more saturated fat, more sugar, half as much fibre, and about 3 times the salt of Ryvita.

Dark rye are delish!
Do yourselves a favour and get ryvita ones. They are hardly high carb and you can usually get 40 for £1 at some supermarket or another. Don't waste your money on this stuff
