Just got an email from groupon for this deal.

normally £55 but now £35 - Also try using code SECRET25 for £33.24

Depending on your local ATS you might get someone who is helpful and let’s you book the car in or someone with terrible manners, unhelpful and makes the groupon deal Sound like it’sfirst come first served fight to the death

ATS aircon recharge £35 that is somehow miraculously linked to your front discs that need replacing at £300. If you're really unlucky, the vibration of the aircon compressor will mean that your rear shocks have been rattled to bits but they can sort the shocks for a shocking £200 and replace the compressor at about £180. Winning.
It's been £29 for months, price went up today and it's posted as a deal... :/

Well it did need replacing but John at the Bishops Stortford branch insisted that it was a different part number then what had been replaced. After a trip down to the next branch it became apparent that John was trying to rip me off.

Yes unfortunately some of these people are totall rip off merchants and have no sense of decency... .they're clearly under pressure to do the hard sell and no doubt earn commission of some rewards (or keep their job)

The golden rule to determine if they're lying is to check to see if their lips are moving. It's a pretty reliable method of detection.

Paid £25 last month at Groupon - £30 - 15% new account code
Aircon recharge prices went through the roof this year, even ATS groupon deal went from £29.99 to £34.99! I believe this is the best current price you can get. Don't forget TCB/Quidco

Service depends on branch I suppose - Andy in Bletchley (Milton Keynes) garage was very helpful, there were no "offers" to fix other car "problems". I will definitely comeback given there is groupon offer.

I called the Glasgow Finniston branch and the guy on the phone was very rude.

No, you are probably looking in cashed version from last week, new price is £34.99 as per OP.
Did this Last month, worked a treat. They tested for leaks as part of the treatment. Allow two hours working on your car.

Can't see where you get these prices, Groupon says anti-bac clean and recharge £44.99, recharge only £34.99.

And this is exactly why gas price went up - to reduce cowboys re-filling faulthy leaking systems
It was cheaper previously on groupon I saw it a few weeks ago, but still good price overall

I got it last time. The report said 140g of refrigerant extracted and 300g replaced. No wonder the performance of my aircon was rubbish before. Ice cold afterwards. Absolutely no attempts at getting me to have other work done either.

Bad workmanship or is your aircon faulty
This was £29 yesterday

Voucher codes didint work on 3 different codes

Had this done on 2 different cars and 2 different branches. No problem at all people were helpful. They just attach the machine to your car and it's all automatic. I believe that if it fails that Groupon will give you your money back eg if it had a leak etc
Watch u don't need the newer gas which this isn't. I think cars from 2012 use the newer one...I was quoted 150 quid from Ats for the newer one ...can't remember what it's called sorry.
I suggest calling your local ATS first and see if there’s a long wait - mine had a broken system.
Most ATS have a minimum 1 week wait

They only do one a day from the groupon offer, wasnt prepared to wait specially in this weather so paid normal rate to have it done same day

Reading branch were fine 2 months ago. Air con went from blowing ambient air to nice and cool.

No they don’t they said I had a leak as mine wasn’t working right after regass apparently if it’s leaking it’s not there problem
Got my 16 year old mini cooper done on same deal last month. Now working perfect. They also gave me a free full checklist of the car saying everything was good and no issues. Great service for me.

I had this done last month, but it leaked out (or at least had gone) within a week. They said it must be a faulty pump, or their system would have found it. Is that right? And if so, does anyone know anywhere to get your aircon system checked cheaply?!!

And how comes you know how much gas you’ve got left and how much you need to top up? Also are you aware that there’s not just the gas that is topped up but also air on oil as well so good luck with your manual top up.
How do I redeem this offer?

yes
Ice cold for me!!

Shop locally!

Look up your local garage got mine done for £24 in Lowestoft Walton’s only takes 45 minuets
This was £30 a few weeks ago. I know as I bought it!

On the small print is says they will do a system test for leaks and if there is a issue there is no recharge and its money back from Groupon. My AC has stopped blowing out cold air, so hoping it's a regas needed and not a AC system seals issue, but this test should confirm before they do any work. How well they do the pressure test is another matter...

Not used this yet but awaiting the obligatory "upsell" on numerous other items they will push.....worth it for £35 still.
