Nor sure why the banner says £50/£25 because certainly with the Avon tyres you save £26 when buying 2 x tyres, £39 when buying 3 x tyres or £52 when buying 4 x AVON tyres. The discount will be applied automatically at the basket online.

This offer is valid on tyre purchases made online, in a single transaction from 29th October to the 2nd January (inclusive).

Saving on two tyres for my daughters car compared to todays price from :

Formula One - £12.74
Black Circles - £39.46 !!!!???

I have to say ATS staff are not the friendliest (not sure why) but willing to ignore that for 30 mins and save at least £12.

Great booking 4 tyres this week usually use black circles and get them fitted at my local ATS
I wonder what the difference between A and C rating for fuel performance means

This is great, thanks!
Anybody know if Avon tyres a good? Don't know about tyres much but they seem like they're good value compared with Continental and Pirelli etc.

Ive had a set on the front my VW Golf 1.6 TDi since April 18 and they have covered over 30K miles and are just getting down to the wear bars so very pleased and will buy again. Have worn evenly and handling has been more than acceptable as far I am concerned but I'm no expert.

There are probably many other factors than just brand... but what I can say is that my Goodyears lasted 40,000 miles on the front and 65,000 miles on the back, I replaced the fronts with Avons, had to replace them again within 15-20,000 miles.

I replaced them with Goodyears

British made as well, saving on those pesky air miles.
Only summer Avon tyres available in my wheel sizes. Winter tyre not included in promo
ATS do a MOT for £17.99 on Groupon as well at the moment but be warned they will try and fail the test if they can to get repair work so only worth doing if your not gullible with cars. You do get a free retest within 24h so you can take your car away to get sorted.

They tried to fail mine on broken headlight adjuster. They said the bumper and headlight had to come off to do the repair.

I went outside to my car, opened the bonnet and saw the problem which I fixed in 10 seconds. I told them to give me the pass certificate which they did.
Had a S Max on lease ATS did a tyre change for me before i needed to return it, and they managed to wrongly fit the TPMS on the front wheel, they broke the valve as well, so the tyre went flat and ended up cracking the sidewall on the brand new tyre, they tried to charge me for a new tyre because of their fault they then tried to charge me for a new TPMS, which wasnt broken just incorrectly fitted..

Another time did MOT with an old Toyota Previa, they failed it on faulty seatbelt, said they could fix it but would require new belt fitting wanted over £100 for it, when i looked it was just locked in position when they had move the rear seats forward, i gently pulled it out and it wasnt even broken.. I then noticed a liquid dripping from under the car, they said it was the compressor on the AC and not to worry, when I looked closer they had knocked the coolant plug out and it was draining the radiator!!!

Fool me once shame on you.. fool me twice..

Never again with ATS.. bunch of morons and con men.
