Ideal for the starting blocks for the kids on Xmas morning, or simply letting your neighbours know you are in. Probably the best price ever for this horn, it looks really, really loud.

I complained and they cancelled my Prime!

That's my brother's triplets presents sorted this year!

Had something similar at work we used to hide in a cardboard box with a discreet tube coming out bottom.
We waited for someone to look in box and blasted compessed air down tube.
The look on their faces is worth £16.52 alone.

Just incase anyone needs an excuse to buy this.

Do you not pay for prime? How can the cancel something you've paid for?

Amazon aren't what they used to be. Shame really. I found Tesco Direct offer better customer service. Plus they refund the difference if the price goes down. Amazon refused to refund the difference last time that happened to me. Amazon's customer service has went down hill.

Ah, but it gets better, they cancelled it on Black Friday, which screwed up some of my purchases. The they sent me an email to say I could be liable for delivery charges on anything I had ordered that hadn't yet been delivered. It goes on, still no resolution.

Amazon are now a shadow of their former selves. Take a look at Black Friday. They used to lead the way with their lightning deals, but this yeah has been very "meh". I give up with them to be honest.

My Mrs had a childrens Hallowe'en party at work a few weeks ago, and last minute she realised she needed a CD with Hallowe'en related music. I ordered from Amazon at around 1pm using Prime next day delivery. All through the next day, my order said "due for delivery today" - CD never came and when i queried it with Amazon on the phone that evening, i got told i had ordered after the deadline for next day deliveries (this has happened to me twice before and they fobbed me off, so i always take screenshots on my phone showing my order completed and the time of the order now). I told the Amazon guy that i have screenshots to prove i was well within the order deadline, and then he started to repeat himself over and over again, talking really slowly being sarcastic. I asked him if he thought sarcasm was very professional and told him i was recording the phone call, he then swore at me and told me to stop recording. Then proceeded to tell me that recording the call was illegal, only Amazon have the right to record the call, and if i didnt cease my recording activity, he would impose strict sanctions on my Amazon account and remove my Prime membership before he then put the phone down! I have spoken with Amazon about this since to see if sarcastic phone assistants and threatening of customers is acceptable to them as a business, and i just get told they are "looking into it".

I normally do really well chatting to their Jamaican call centre when I've encountered problems.

My problems started when they emailed me to say I had a failed delivery as I wasn't in, although I was, the driver lied. My complaint was escalated to the Executive Customer Services. The guy who contacted me could not even spell correctly and constantly cut and pasted the same reply on every email.
Amazon should be embarrassed by the quality of their staff.
