Cost breakdown
Processing Fee to SSFM - £359.94
Initial Rental Month 1 - £1187.89
23 monthly payments of £131.99 - £3035.77

Total cost over the 2 years - £4583.60 or effectively £190.98/month

Last time a deal like this was on, some people managed to get a local AUDI branch to price match, saving the £359.94 processing fee, which would make the total cost £4223.66.

Note this is for 5,000 miles per year, which is not likely to be enough for most people. There's a lot of deals floating around on this model, so you might find a cheaper option for an 8k-10k mileage lease. My current lease on this exact model has an excess mileage charge of 7p/mile with no caps. If you plan to do more than 5k miles per year, definitely make sure you understand the terms and conditions with the excess mileage charges before committing.

You can argue the benefits/downfalls of a lease over owning, but comparing lease to lease, this is a very good price for a £27k car and there's a good chance this is cheaper than the depreciation would be buying the car new and selling it after 2 years.

---------------------------

10K option

KewVehicleLeasing also have a 10k option with a cheaper Proessing Fee of £299. (Thanks to m5rcc) That's the same length, with 10k miles for:

Cost breakdown
Processing Fee to SSFM - £299.00
Initial Rental Month 1 - £1349.91
23 monthly payments of £149.99 - £3449.77

Total cost over the 2 years - £5098.68 or effectively £212.45/month

My car cost the same as 2 months rental of this, and I have it foreverrrr.

This has to be a new record. 23 h, 23 m on a lease deal before the first "My £264 car is cheaper" comment.

Sounds good, but i buy a used 4 year old car. Saves me millions

Its a hot deal anyway

Seems cheap, even at £70 per extra 1000 miles.

Definitely better than buying a non S-Line version, makes you wonder why dealers pre order SEs and then have to give them away like this. Very good deal for the less pretentious amongst us

£70 per 100k miles would be amazing!

It's £70 per 1k miles though.

Sorry, yes (red faced).
I knew what I meant though. lol

Corrected and I still think it's a cheap deal.

Just to clarify with the extra mileage, my contract is 7p/mile. I don't know what this one will end up being. They don't give any details about that on the page as far as I can see.

They also have a 10k miles per year option for £149.99/month with the same 9+23 breakdown. That works out at a total of £5159.62 over 2 years or £214.98/month.

If the excess mileage fee is 7p/mile, that would be an extra £700 if going for the 5k/year lease and paying the excess mileage fee at the end of the lease. Whereas, it's just £576.02 extra going for the 10k lease directly, assuming you know you're definitely going to do 10k.

That's the thing, 'assuming'.
At 7p per mile, you know where you're at...................... if you can get or negotiate that 7p per mile (or better).

Thanks, good find. I've updated the OP with this for the 10k option.

SSFM's fee is higher than I've seen most places, but I can't find the 5k option at this price anywhere else.

Yup sky high fee from SSFM. Problem is 5k, for some, isn't enough, even though some 42% of the UK population claim to drive 6k miles or less a year.

Nice price but I'd dispute that £27k new price

Considering the lease price should equal the circa 35% depreciation you'd expect over 2 years, this same car should be for sale new for about £13,000 or so.

Wrong - it's a PCH.

This just emphasizes how good of a deal it is. The list price for this model is £27260.00.

I got a quote online a year/half back for £165/month 9+23. I took that into two local Audi branches to try and get them to price match, but they laughed me out of the door. One of the guys thought I'd photoshopped the quote. The best they could offer for that model was almost double the price.

These online lease companies are getting these from an Audi branch somewhere. Mine came with DriftBridge plates, an Audi group based 150 miles away.

I have no idea how they make money on these.

Because on resale, buyer will pay a premium to not wait 16 weeks for a new car.

Bulk purchase of these by Audi will be at cost, so the depreciation will be paid by the PCH customer.

Helps to keep factory at capacity (expensive to have lines not full), and on resale later when used, most will be on finance again, where good money is made by dealers.

It also helps dealers know what future stock they will have for customers. Cars can be sometimes back from a lease and sold within hours to the next person.

Conspiracy theorist much...
What makes you think I work for/own this company?

One of the best leasing deals I've seen in a while, good find.

Ahem. Do you keep it at the end?

how good/bad should the car be when returned?

I'm on the Alltrack deal that finishes in May 2018.
I would be all over this if it was January/February next year

Pete, you missed a massive opportunity there by not liking your comment!

AUDI gets an instant COLD

What does s line have that this doesn't? Been considering this vw golf GTE advance and seeing if derby can beat it, but even with fuel savings (I'm 95% 10 mile journeys) this audi works out a lot cheaper, I just like my gadgets.

Me too, seem to know most ppl by their usernames lol
wondering if if we could order this for may delivery?

I’ve been looking for an Audi A4 auto and have come across this. Is this a good deal considering the tech pack is included? I would include the link but it appears the merchant is banned!

If I was getting a brand new Audi I'd want it to have a faster 0-60! I'm sure there are many others who just want to drive the brand though.
