Just buy the codes on ebay, you can usually get five for £9 or ten for £17.50. Make sure you get the ones marked for Audible UK and 'for own account', then you can buy ANY book. I've bought dozens, saved a fortune & they work perfectly.

Not showing for me, I assume when it states 'members only' it really means 'paying subscribers only'

Managed to see it via the desktop site so I must be having an issue via mobile
Thank you, I see it in the Email and I've one credit to use up
For anyone who is interested in this, note that its a week long deal that runs out at 10am tomorrow morning.
Tried the link but I think it may be members only, great find opp.

Other thing I’ve found historically with these deals is, if you only find 1 you like add it anyway and it’ll be available in the next 2 for 1 they do whether it’s eligible or not
I would really argue with saying that there's a brilliant choice. Nothing decent in non fiction at least nothing when it comes to personal development. Previous sale from couple of weeks ago was fantastic and much much better

That's good to know, I've never put in an offer before & will do that in future - thanks. Sometimes you get the codes within a few minutes, other times within a few hours (but you do get them).

Yeah the offer was automatically accepted and code came within minutes. It use to be a long wait for my credit every month... But now I’ve just stocked up on audio books
Can someone take a screenshot of the non-fiction section? I'm wondering whether it would be worth resubscribing for. Thanks, in advance.

Thanks both, just finished my book for this months credit and was a good week or two away from my next subscription credit. Put in offer of 8 quid and got five instantly and redeemed without issues.
May as well cancel my subscription when you can get five books a month for the same price!

Edit:
Scratch that, if you cancel you lose your banked credits!

So you can use the codes bought n eBay for offers too, just add the credit to your account then apply the credits on the checkout so can use both eBay codes and special offers like this
Just a quick note that I couldn't get it on mobile until I used the request desktop site option in chrome then displayed perfectly.

I actually do this also ebay has 5 tokens for 8.50 but seller auto accepts 8 if you offer it. I then add them to account and use. If you don’t have audible membership just make a note of your codes and add them as you need them

Thank you so much for this, works a treat, now my ears will be full for days to come
Are the eBay ones legit? Seems a little too good to be true?
I bought 10 for £17 this morning from eBay and successfully added them to my account. I’ve been a member for 4 years and the previous comment is right, it does seem to good to be true but whilst it’s working and they accept the codes, HELL, why not! Heat added for the offer on the post
I guess this 2-for-1 offer is on until next Sun morning, as usual?

Edit: Ah, no it isn't (should have read the original post). It is over already, ended this morning I see. That means it must have started last Sunday and was only posted here when it had one day left to run. Oh well, guess I will wait for another deal before subscribing again. Hopefully another £3.99/month offer will turn up again at some point.

I can't believe that I didn't know this - thanks so much for this!! Just bought 10 for £16.50 (auto accepted - declined at £16). The number of £7.99s that I've spent over the years

So if I cancel the membership then I'd lose any saved credits I guess... but if I spend what's in the account already, then I can just add the codes when I want to? Or maybe I'd be better to just spend all the existing credits and the new codes to use them up, just in case they somehow expire them in the meantime, download the books, and then cancel the membership?

I'd suggest the latter, I haven't paid the £7.99 for months and now just buy credits on eBay, they work every time. This may be too good to be true and will probably be clamped down on soon so buy all those books you ever wanted now! According to eBay search these have only been for sale since last December & incredibly people have been paying £71 for just 20 credits (£3.55 per book) whereas you only paid £1.65 a book, what a fantastic bargain. I have bought enough books last me years

I think you'll find it's ebay search that only goes back to December. It's been possible to buy credits this cheap on Ebay since at least the December before that, i.e. 2016
Thanks - just spent 20 minutes filling my basket - 12 books should last me a long time. I've been buying the Daily Deals for £2.99 whenever something comes up that appeals, but there have been loads of books that are part of a series or others by the same author that would probably never come up that way. Might go back for another 10 actually!

Don't suppose you know what happens with a pre-order if I cancel? Don't mind taking the risk at that price, just wondering as I've bought one that's due for release in July.

I know, it's easy to get 5 or 10 more credits and then another 5 or 10; knowing that the books are yours forever (I still listen to some from 10 years ago) is appealing, I now have a few hundred hours of Stephen King to listen to at work - bliss! Plus I am also trying to educate myself - loads of non-fiction history and science plus a splash of Shakespeare (who I have never 'got' into & who hopefully I will now start to enjoy).

These eBay listing prices seem to have gone up a considerable amount now, probably due to a quick increase in demand. Hopefully they return to normal after a couple of weeks - thank you for the suggestion.

Just went on eBay to buy credits and they are £30 now!!!! Shame I was going to buy some for my nan - at least I bought one lot and gave her 3 of the codes - think they will drop in price again?

Ouch, yes just checked them myself. Up to £50 for five! They were £8.95 before. I am sure once they get new stock the prices will go down again.

if you don't pay the 7.99, you still have access to your account to add credits? I want to get on this cheap credits before they get pulled.

any sellers still doing them sub £20?

never had audible before so not sure how it works.

Once you cancel your subscription, you can’t add any more credits, but you can access your purchased books. Sorry, don’t know about cheap credits.
