A bit concerning, yes the reviews say UK plug but still worth noting. Also requires a large enough USB drive to stick out the front of it for recording. Otherwise seems a reasonable deal, all depends on the UI.

Aren't the 2nd user talktalk boxes a better deal around the same price?

i know thats why i bought mine ,mate bought one too and same problem ,hes a teckie something to do with HD freeview signal which causes the problem ,he kept his as he never records anything and by switching it off n on cures it but i recorder a few things and picture unwatchable ,if you search the net tits something to do with adding a filter ,but i just wanted it to work out of the box

Was it an LTE filter that was needed?

Same item, same supplier £27.50 on eBay.

Just bought the newer version DVB415,for £25,and whilst the picture is sharp, there's a lot of slow down and juddering/freezing.May have to send it back.

Yeah,it's a shame, because it's easy to record, and when the picture is stable,it's very good, but the juddering and slow down is awful!
