bought 6 of these for the family and presents, they were only £6 each delivered off amazon.

returned them before the month was out.

They kept dropping out of bluetooth. Appear to be solid and well made with nice sound, but it's all useless if you keep having to f##k about and get the bluetooth working. it was really prissing me off. (can't write prissing it auto stars the word)

paid a little more and got branded ones (rubberised jam ones)

Sadly I have to agree.
When working they're great but they continually stutter and won't/don't last.
I paid £4.75 delivered and I'll keep it now as it's good enough on a good day!

I agree..Got one of these few days back and returned within 3 days... Bluetooth drops too frequently... Other option to go for is The Elf

I bought one for £4.75, decent speaker for the money has only dropped Bluetooth once. Sound quality very good

In my limited experience, bluetooth stutters & drops volume when my tablet receives notifications.
Not sure if this is relevant.

Try the JBL Clip, they are pretty good.
