Aukey 3 port USB charger with 1 QC3.0 port and 2 2.4A ports. Seems a decent price for a 3 port charger with a proper quick charge port from a good brand. Used Aukey stuff for years and always been happy with the quality!

You need to enable the "buy 1 save £7.00" promotion to get the £10.99 price.

I have a qc 2.0 version that works well enough but is no good as a bedside charger as it whistles. One pitch for charging and another when it has finished charging!
Seems a great price, after waiting a while for the right one to pop up, I've decided to go for it! Thanks OP
Some of the reviews are a bit worrying. I'm not keen on the long design, myself. I'm after something a bit more compact.

I've been after another since my wife nabbed mine, thanks for the heads up!
Super hot.
Can this be used to charge a Macbook Pro with touch bar?
Shame the earth pin doesnt retract like my current (albeit only QC2) model.

That's the pain of the british 3 prong plug, makes power adapters more bulky than ideal for portability.

I think the PA-Y8 is about the cheapest for Mac book, but will be slower than more expensive higher ampage units.
Will this block a socket on a double wall sockets?
I got one of these last year - initially was great, fast charged worked a treat. But after about 6 months, it started to cause issues with anything plugged into it. It completely ruined a PS4 controller and then wouldn't charge mine or the Partners phone properly, so binned it.
I got it delivered yesterday. Working fine so far as expected.
I have used Aukey for a while, and I found them to be consistently second grade.
Aukey from my experience have very poor quality control and there is no way their products would get UK or European certification. Without real certification these are a fire and shock hazard. An Aukey 4 port charging hub I purchased caught fire. For the sake of saving a few pounds you are exposing yourself to massive risk - including damaging your expensive devices.

Article from 2016 specifically mentions Aukey. What they list as certification is not real certification and qualcom certified is meaningless as qualcom are not a electrical safety certifying body:

Mine did exactly that too, though a good blob of super glue has fixed it.

Well yeah, it's Aukey.

Aukey, for when you're too tight for Anker.

Funnily enough, this exact same thing happend to the one I had. I glued it back together and it hasnt broken since, but that hapepend within a few days of owning it.
We have quite a few Aukey products in the house and all have been reliable over the years. 6 chargers in all (3 of the above), plus a car charger. Not had any issues so far. The only one that failed was the old car charger when it received a full cup of hot chocolate one tired morning!

Bought four of these over the years. Good build quality, excellent for travelling and plenty of ports which is sufficient for the whole family. It also comes with a lead and you can easily swap it with an EU one (or whatever country your are going to).

To be sold in the EU these must be CE marked. Ensuring they meet specific standards. So what are you talking about.

Well from my experience they've produced some of the most reliable quality of products in comparison to their competitors such as Ravpower and Anker. Personally, I've owned several dozen Aukey products from Power banks to cables and even their security cameras. Never had a problem what so ever with their quality, the fact you said they're not certified sounds strange since in order to be sold in the EU they must have EU certification. Qualcomm certification just means it works with Qualcomm quick charge since not all chargers do. I still rank Aukey either number 1 or 2 in my list of reliable brands along with Anker.

I am in absolute love with this product and the matte white finish really adds to it.
