    Does this provide 32w charging via both USB A and C simultaneously?
    No as that would mean you'd probably need about 64W in total. Looking at the description it states the USB-C port (PD port) offers 20W and the total maximum watts of the plug is 32W. So I'd imagine if you've got something in the USB-C port, the other USB port could offer a max of 12W.

    You need minimum 45W charger I believe.
