£2.99 + £2.99 was never £6.98
should be £5.98*
Some of the reviews state that the quality on this is not amazing. Maybe worth a risk at this price but I would be annoyed if it broke after a few months use
Rubbish do not bother! Bought this when it was 99p, the magnet isn't strong enough for the task, simple!
Do these not mess u up your phone? Having a string magnetic on the back can't be great?
If your phone has a plastic back like mine don't put it on an inductive charger with the metal disc provided. It gets hot and doesn't charge the phone

I'd disagree. Had a mag mount on my S8 and OnePlus, neither were destroyed.

Did you use the metal disk and stick it to your phone, or on the inside of your case. My galaxy s8 stuck to the magnet without the disk but it wasnt strong enough to hold phone that well. Once I put the disk in, it was perfect.
Good price, but I can't see these magnets keeping their grip, when coming into contact with some of the uneven/pot holed roads around the UK!

That’s an interesting question. Won’t bother just in case.
I got a YOSH magnetic holder from Amazon. Great job, it holds an LG G5 , with quite a heavy cover, very well. The sticker is on the inside of my cover.
May get this one for my van at that price

lol, one quotes magnets are not strong - you are not hanging up children - are you sure this is the exact product you had??? guess not. The other quotes magents are too strong -possible.

This will interfere with nfc and depending on components and shielding in your phone, it is likely to cause some issues. I notice if the magnet is too high on my phone it affects the display. The magnet is strong and can hold up any metal case phone or light/small tablet. It is not intended to hold up an ipad or laptop or bricks! The metal discs with case covers or the sticky side can hold up other phones. Be warned it is a strong magnet, have used it in my car but prefer the DVD-inserted holder given changes in law (points and fines) so if it looks part of your in-car satnav they leave you alone.
The magnet is strong enough if you used the rectangular magnet. But it moves as it's on a ball so if you turn too quickly it swings but the phone doesn't fly off.

Yeah I seem to be the only one who doesn’t like mixing magnets and technology

Been using magnets on my galaxy s6 edge plus and iPhone 6 for a year now no issues.
hot
love aukey and anker stuff
Been using one of these for over a year and half now.

Would say that my work iPhone (smaller screen) is PERFECT for these magnets however my iPhone X with a see-through case that has a bulky side does sometimes rock around when going over potholes.

Would suggest getting the actual phone holders that you have to pull apart and put your phone into to hold it.
Does this work on the iPhone X?
I like the cd mounts but cd players are going the way of the dodo

That picture was just unnecessary!
You leave the young Londo Mollari out of this deal.
in the winter when youre running heater, having the phone by the vent overheats it.
I have used a similar magnet without any issue in the past. But I stopped using it when it ruined my wife's phone. It's down to chance if you put it too close to the memory which works off a tiny magnetic field of its own. It's your risk people . Either way I'm not fussed.
Showing as £11.19 for both options
Yep, showing 11.19. Expired
It's over!! Grey it out!
Grey is still £2.99 for me

Magnets won't harm flash memory. Must have been a coincidence. Magnets can wipe magnetic storage such as platter hard disks, VHS tapes and Mini DV - that's basically how a degausser works - but not SD cards, NAND or UFS storage.

Hey, all I did was give my personal experience, if others want to buy it go ahead but thats what this site is about. Why are you assuming I didnt buy this exact product and who made YOU the harbinger of product reviews!!

Only YOU made me the harbinger. I assume, as the 6 magnets in the item together are so strong it hold items upto half a kilo so is suitable for most phones but you are the odd one out.

If the phone is metal case it just works, if the phone has a flat back use the sticky metal discs (or a plastic phone case as it is that strong).

I don't think the product is the bees knees as my experiences above show but unless you have a faulty item, the magnets are really strong.
