That settings is the same for my numerous other BT audio earphones, no problem at all with volume on those.
same here, got them last week, first time buying wireless, quiet but that was ok with my music on the phone, paired with a tablet for watching netflix and starting seeing lip sync issues.
It's down to the Bluetooth codex these and many Bluetooth earphones use, which causes a signal delay. You want to look for something that uses the apt X low latency codex, which your device will need to support too.

My Anker Soundcore P2 arrived today (£30 though) lipsync is perfect.
Bizarrely I've had the exact opposite experience using them on three different phones - Google pixel 5, Google pixel 6 and iPhone XR. In each case when it first connects it defaults to 100% volume which I find very loud. I tend to then move the volume down to about 25% which is great for in house or on office listening or about 50% level if walking on street near road / on train. I've never had to go above that level. So yeah I find them too loud!
