    Hi all,

Understand a few of you have had issues applying the discount code. For those using PayPal there are a couple of ways to apply the discount code:

    - Enter the code at cart before selecting PayPal. Once you go through to PayPal it is for some reason showing the value before discount (confusing, we’re looking into that). But if you click ‘Review Order’ it will bring you back to MyMemory where you should see the discounted value again.

    - Go straight to PayPal. Click ‘Review Order’ and you will come back to MyMemory where you can enter the discount code in the popup window.

A couple of other notes. You don’t need to create a customer account for the discount to work, and the discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.

I know our support team have been fielding a few of your queries today. Any issues please contact them at support@mymemory.com.

Kept knocking the discount off when I got to the delivery method on the my memory site. Tried with paypal, on my memory it showed 10.99, on paypal it showed 16.99.

Created an account and it finally went through at 10.99!

At first code worked, but Paypal charges me full price. Basked shows 10.99, but Paypal charges full price. Any ideas?

Apple Pay worked fine with code (had similar issues trying to pay by card)
    Avatar
You checked how much you were charged? I paid with Apple Pay, showed as £10.99, completed and £16.99 was charged to my card!

Purchased from this deal after a pair of my £80 headphones broke. Can say, for £11 these are amazing. Great sound, love that they pause whatever you’re listening to when you take them out. Has great battery life as well. Fit nicely in the ear. However haven’t been on a run with them yet so can’t comment on what they’re like for staying in during those circumstances. HEAT! (edited)
  19. Avatar
    Don’t do it!
Breaking wind activates these as a touch and pauses your track. Ridiculous things!
    Heat added

Cannot resist. Ordering another pair of earbuds because it feels stupid not to. Not sure how I feel about this.
Tnx for another great deal MrSwitch.

I'm getting the same issue but using my credit card.
Code appeared to take 6 quid off the total, but it's back on just before I go to complete the purchase.

Do we need to log in to get the discount? I'm trying it as a guest. @MrSwitch

Whats all the touch features like?
    Avatar
it's ok just a basic one touch to start stop, two to rewind, three to fast forward. good finger detection but also nothing special
  24. Avatar
Wants to charge full price whatever payment method you choose
  25. Avatar
I'm getting the full price on PayPal too
  26. Avatar
    They're 50% cheaper that's for starters
  27. Avatar
Thank you. Code worked, paid using Apple Pay
  28. Avatar
Logged into my acount went through the ordering steps, clicked on paypal last and the sale went through for £10.99 for me.

How does this compare to HiTune T2 which was on mymemory recently? (edited)
  30. Avatar
48311825-aPb4L.jpgThe one I got few days ago is the T25 which the right earbud didn't work at the start, they refunded me, hope this one works.
    Avatar
My right one didn’t work at first then I kept on resetting it and linking it back up again until I gave up.
Then all of a sudden it connected and worked fine
Must be a fault with them
  31. Avatar
yes got it for £10.99 after saying code was not valid 10 times
  32. Avatar
Coupon code "HMMJVZ" is not valid.
  33. Avatar
    Charged full price
    Talked to live chat
They said I will be refunded when they dispatch.
Well I guess I'm contacting them again in a week
  34. Avatar
Ok, got some on order, had to make an account before the discount code was accepted (maybe coincidence) and I had to authorise the full payment via PayPal.

But my PayPal receipt showed the discounted amount £10:99, so I'm happy

48313019-SSOAC.jpgThings like this do my head in. Complete agg to buy these. Tried twice. Should be easy.
  36. Avatar
If these are anything like T25 they are absolutely rubbish. You'll get one bud only working, sound is terrible and basic touch functions.

I know they are cheap, but soundpeats are cheap too and far more superior. (edited)
    Avatar
Agreed, I bought the T25 last week and it's exactly like described. MyMemory end up telling you to bin them and refund you.
  37. Avatar
Purchased these some EP-T25 last week from here. Left EarPod doesn’t work despite indicating it’s fully charged.

Going to return it. Looks like it’ll become e-waste.
  38. Avatar
    Thanks

Ordered as puppy chewed up the last ones...
