I thought this was a good deal for an Aukey power bank. I've been using the brand for a couple of years now and no issues so far.

Comes with 24 month warranty. I haven't needed to use it myself, have you had any experiences with dealing with them to claim under warranty?
..and it looks and feels like a brick!

You may not be aware, but every FBA item is covered under Amazon's 1-year warranty, so if still within the 1st year, contact Amazon first to take care of it. In the last 2-3 years I've had to put in claims for 5 such items, & Amazon refunded me without a fuss.

In some cases, you'll need to send it back to them (using their free-post method) before your refund is applied, & they may offer the refund as gift balance (but you're well within your rights to request it to be refunded to your card if you prefer).

Contact their CS via online chat at this link to get started: amazon.co.uk/gp/…us/, which is basically the following, if you'd rather not follow HUKD's hidden link:

I thought the warranty is just 12 months. Will check with supplier. Mine is just over 14 months.
With today's 30w power delivery wall chargers, you can charge any power bank that has a usb-c input in less than half the time than with a normal micro usb or lightning input (2.5 hours vs 6 hours for a 20,000 mah power bank). This power bank is several years old and does NOT have a usb-c input so fast charging it is not possible, therefore such products are becoming obsolete and only those unaware of this info tend to buy them......... food for thought if quick recharge time is important.

Unless the battery pack is designed to be fast charged trying to use a high power charger can lead to a shorter working life or at worst overheating and possible fire risks.

I’d strongly advise people check what the device can take, just because the charger is a higher wattage and it had USB C it does not mean the power bank can cope with the extra wattage safely

Sorry, should have clarified that any powerbank that is 'capable' of accepting the extra wattage safely will do so, otherwise it'll default to it's maximum safe charging speed...... same with phones that have usb-c ports. The powerbanks that allow super fast charging via 30w wall chargers do tend to be a little more expensive than ones that don't.

Looked at the title quickly and thought wow sold by France; they are really trying to kick start their economy...
Like mine but if going on a single day trip would rather take my much smaller, lighter power bank. If going multiple days this will do the trick and last ages.
For £20 the Omers 45 Watt battery pack is a far better buy.

Would have bought but no postage to NI.
