Now this is nifty, personally would appreciate something like this as all but one of my 3.0 ports are on the back of my PC, which sits under my desk. Will prove quite a handy device and I love quick charge more than I thought I ever would, to the point where using a standard charger feels like a total eternity

Looks to be the lowest ever, beating the previous lowest by £6. Been really quite impressed with their quick charge unit that I got last year, so have actually gone for this.

It's genuinely impressive for the cost, ticks a lot of boxes for sure

Has more charging ports

I got one of these for free when Aukey needed the reviews.
It is an excellent product, I'd recommend it.
I even take it on holiday with me to charge and power various tech (it has to pay for its own plane seat though).

Does the charging port support Quick Charge? (2.0 or later) ?

Doesn't have ethernet so that's worth noting. Also I don't think the powered ports support data so you're losing 2 ports from the hub.

thanks op, just ordered!

I have never once found USB3 hubs to be a reliable replacement for a PC with a lack of USB 3 ports.

Powered or otherwise, they are not suitable for data transfer from/to USB3 memory sticks or external drives and lets be honest thats what you want the thing for primarily in the first place.

Has anyone used something like this for hp stream?

No.
If i connect my Note 4 to that port, it just charges at none QC2 speeds.

I recommend this instead …I recommend this instead https://www.amazon.co.uk/Quick-Charge-3-0-Charger-AiPower-Black/dp/B01EFU8KR0Two QC 3 ports and four standard ports.

Thats not a USB Hub though, its a charging hub. Not the same thing
Im looking for a USB Hub to conect to a PC for data, that incorporates a QC port. Sadly, it doesnt seem to exist!

Received mine yesterday, first try it completely froze my mac, force restart only option. The power button is a bit annoying, it toggles on and off it so I accidentally pressed it picking the hub up, instantly disconnecting all drives. Had it going most of the day and seems fine now. Last thing, the instructions make no mention of how the ethernet connection works so going to look that up now.

Looks like they have removed the promo code.
