good light, good price. it's got a remote, and you can dim it, so works well when you need a **** in a middle of a night and don't want to get blinded by 100W ceiling light. Also, very long lifespan, apparently... oh, and great for magic mushroom parties!

no way, thanks for the info! is it online? i couldn't find it...

Sub £7 on ebay.

I bought 2 for the kids bedrooms about 6 months ago, regular stock item in there. The only downside is the bulb remote works same frequency as the TV , changing the channel also changes the colour.

ah, my bad. I must have got confused. I thought you managed to find the product I posted here, at a lower price, but what you actually said, is that you I can get some other products, in various different prices. Thanks mate, I did not know that...

chinese?? electrics??? i'll pass :-)

Don't bother, mine lasted 10 minutes before it got stuck on red and would not change colour.
Didn't want anyone knocking the door at night so got rid of it.

I own one and it is great. Only downsides are the 'white' option is the coldest white imaginable and makes a bedroom feel like a factory floor. It also can't be dimmed. They do a lower wattage version which can be made dimmer from the remote control.

...I also bought one of these for my neice's 10 year old birthday last year. She absolutely loved it and it was really different to the heaps of toys she got. She said it was her favoriate present. She still uses it. The only downside is that she mostly has it on red or pink and she never closes her curtains, my sister is worried that some people in their neighbourhood might think it is a 'house of ill repute'!
