Kudos for the deal, but no one should pay£68 for a one trick HDR pony when Affinity Photo is £50
Thanks OP. My 'serious' photography days are over, and I never did get much fun out of spending hours tweaking photos so they looked great, but not really anything like reality. However I remain a 'one click solution dabbler' to try and turn my over ambitious pics into something less lousy. This would appear to be what I needed. :-)

This highly overprocessed image looks a lot more like what my eye remembers from that dusk walk. Given that the only place most of my photos ever go is my Google Photos 'diary' this has instantly impresssed me.

Nice one. Just downloaded.
Amazing thanks @matwalaboy
Looks good but my laptop doesn't have OpenGL3.3.
Ahh well.
Good find thank you
All I got was this, after confirming?

I've never used something like this as I use light room but surely it just drops the highlights and boosts the shadows with maybe a boost in saturation? . What more does it do to create a HDR effect. Not criticising it just asking. Tyia
Thank you.
Thanks OP, always willing to try something different
I downloaded the program, opened it up and it says 14 day trial, checking my email for the activation code and I see that it has not been supplied after the message below, it's just a blank space.? Has anyone else received the code?

Registering again using a different email do you have to click the box to accept promo emails and spam do get the code, I haven't selected this for obvious reasons?

Got the same issue. Have you sorted this?
No run for me, splash screen opens then nothing, tried different settings. Worth a try, didn't really need anyway.
It must have had a limited number of free activation codes or the influx of HUKD members flooding the site, looks like its just a 14 day trial now.
worked for me Just now.

That's it. Without accepting that you don't get the code (just tested to confirm)

If it is relatively modern (say bought within the past five years) then it will probably support 3.3 - all you need to do is update your drivers. Give me a shout if you are unsure.
Don't give them your real email!

Skylum are truly hideous marketeers.
Thanks, it worked.

You need to identify (accurately!) your graphics card and then update the driver.
You will find this in the "Display" section of "System Information".

Then try these links for the appropriate card and driver.....

downloadcenter.intel.com/

nvidia.com/Dow…spx

support.amd.com/us/…spx

It's an old Dell XPS with Nvidia Geforce GT 525M. Updated the drivers and still not having it.
1 code can be used on 5 devices be it mac or windows.

What operating system and which XPS?

I didn’t click the “I agree to receive emails...” box and still got the code just fine. Clearly it’s optional.

Because it’s actual HDR rather than a ‘HDR effect’
even if you don’t use separate photos at separate exposures, taking them out of a raw will still be ‘better’ (depending on how you like HDR) than doing it in like room.
