Presumably they are clearing out the old stuff to make space for the new Ultra High version. Nearest store to me that has stock is 59 miles away.

Halfords are selling the new stuff for £55,not sure if it would be worth paying an extra £30 for,but I could be wrong
Any ideas how long it last with typical UK weather? I only used turtle carnubawax black so this is my only comparison. Yes, I have a black car, which usually stops beading after 4-6 weeks depending on the weather
I should look at buying this.

Ive probably washed my car 4 times in 4 years. Terrible really

Usually lasts a few months. I probably do mine 3-4 times a year.

Will be the same - depends how well prepped the paint is prior to application. You are probably better with the AG Extra Gloss or try something like Gyeon CanCoat. Should see 6 months from an application if you prep the paint right. polishedbliss.co.uk/aca…tml
if i wax my car it last around 2 months but if i take my car to wash (one of thos hand car wash where a guy washes your car) most the time the shampoo clean off the wax. so i only ask for water and a sponge wash down.

My wash down, wash with shampoo/bubbles, dry, clay bar, colour restore, wax x2, sealant (glass for colos and mat for plastic)

I’ve used this wax, and I thought it was really good. When I used a mild body work conditioner to clean the car the water would still bead off even after 3 months of summer. I’d probably only use the wax three times a year per car, so it lasted about 5 years.
Is it one of those where they constantly drop sponge on floor and then rub the grit all over your car .. Wouldn't worry about losing the wax coating really bud.
Is this 4K? Update: Just seen this is only 720p version

Also, I love the way they call those bits of cheap sponge, "high definition applicators"

The guy/s are very good sponge for body and cloth or wheels. cannot say if it has been dropped on the floor tho. but that is a risk i will take if my car need a quick wash. as the closest self wash bit is around 15mins drive away and the guy wash bit is around 5mins away.

Modern cars don't need this ..I never wash and car looks new after 12 years ..rain cleans
i bath 6 weekly ..no problems
The wax will seal the paint and probably for quite some time. Big problem is aesthetics:- all the sxxt goes on top of the wax and the car looks just as bad as before.
Sold out in all NI stores already
I like this Wax, just finished my car this week after polishing first before adding the wax, very easy to use/come off and I used the Autoglym Gloss sealant after to seal it.
Seems decent. I've ordered one cheera
I know i posted this deal for this wax but for anyone interested I’ve just purchased the new version of this stuff (£55 a tub ) and will be trying it out tomorrow on the wife’s Merc to see how it compares to this stuff which i already have.

No. Spend the extra £30 on polishing. The wax is only as good as the paint prep.

That is true about the prep work, that’s why I have just spent the last few hours washing and claying the car in preparation for polishing and finally waxing

Just finished trying out the new Ultra HD wax and it is definitely better to apply as it is a softer wax.

One thing I did notice was that the new wax is being advertised on Halfords website as being 150g which is the same amount as the old product, yet it Isn’t 150g,it is only 120g.

Anyway here are a few photos taken after waxing, bit hard to see the results as the light isn’t the best.

The HD wax is back in stock in my local Halfords in Keighley. Most surprised about that.

Could be someone reserved one and failed to collect it,as i think Halfords allow a few days for collection of an online reservation.
