Like the price but no 4K, is a big no no.

Be nice if Amazon / Google price matched
I'm hoping for a rash of such offers tomorrow.
There does appear to be movement elsewhere. Amazon have gone to £7.99 on both HD versions (theatrical and with extras). Rakuten are £6.99 on the theatrical only.

Can blame Disney for that one unfortunately.
Really want all the Marvel flicks - but am waiting
for 4K. Don’t know if Disney will ever allow it on iTunes but hopefully they’ll release 4K with their service (& one can hope others will then have it too

There's some earlier Marvel movies that are in 4K but think after Thor Ragnarok and Black Panther they didn't release any on iTunes in 4K anymore. When they had some Marvel movies on Netflix before pulling them they weren't in 4K either, so think they'll only ever keep it exclusive to their own app. Obviously can still buy them on UHD disc too.

Edit: I'm pretty positive I've seen some Marvel movies in the past in 4K, but they're all HD now. Fairly certain Black Panther was definitely in 4K otherwise I probably wouldn't have bought it.

Pretty sure it’s only Sony (Spider-Man and Venom) films that are in 4K on Apple TV

Are they allowed to do that from a fair trade standard PoV?

I was positive when I purchased Black Panther it was definitely in 4K, but it isn't anymore. Maybe I was half asleep at the time of buying it. I know in the past I've seen some 4K movies revert to HD before. Usually it's the other way around.

The only MCU movies that have ever been in 4K on iTunes are the Sony owned ones. Disney won't allow them to sell their catalogue in 4K on iTunes because they're unhappy with Apple not charging a higher price than 13.99 per film for a 4K version.
The rumour mill has started with people saying they’re seeing 4K HDR tags next to Disney content in the Catalina Beta on a MacBook Pro.
I have seen the HDR graphic over Aladdin via the US Store this morning but that’s happed before so ignored it as a glitch.
Roll on 6pm to see if there is indeed an announcement.
