Girlfriend was looking at losing a few pounds so I was xmas shopping for MBT's and came across these...lets face it they are identical but what a bargain! Obviously the snooty people will vote cold because they will not been seen dead in anything less than genuine MBT's ( lol...they are probably fake Chineses fleabay copies ). I hope this is a benefit to some of you. They also have them in Black

Got some of these for the missus a while back (at this price) and she thinks they are great.

My mother-in-law has been wearing these kind of trainers for a couple of years now. She now finds "normal" footwear very uncomfortable?

I'm with you pal, they're all made in the same Far Eastern factories anyway, why pay extra for a brand name

I have genuine mbt's bought from a shop to ensure a correct fit. I am not snooty but I purchased a cheaper make and they are nowhere near the same.

No need to put anyone down for preferring the original brand.

The avia ones look ok, certainly not identical, and hopefully they will be just as effective as the mbt's are.

Given the principles involved that make this kind of shoe effective for weightloss & toning surely a better approach is to encourage all women to wear high heels?
Patent leather is best for that shiny 'modern trainer' look, though the heels themselves (advanced athletes will require high stilletos) might be transparent, again mirroring the trends in sports shoe design.
Lastly fishnet tights pair well as high performance 'air-flo' legwear. For optimal results as much of the leg as possible should be exposed with upper leg motion as unimpaired as possible by an excessively long skirt.

Surely it's better just to exercise? These type of trainers look stupid and are probably worn by fatties who's idea of exersise is getting out their car at the co-op to buy a pack of fags.

Actually they are excellent for posture as well as timing. I am not overweight but wearing mbt's on a regular basis have helped rid my lower back pain.

I don't smoke either.

Don't start with this nonsense.

It's well known amongst the salad dodging community that it is perfectly safe to eat whatever you like so long as you order a diet coke with it
