Yes, no problem as you are now know longer one of their customers!

Go for it!

I got a fresh quote from zurich each year from quidco and got £50.00 last two years without swapping.

Hi, thanks for reply, no problem with Aviva tracking last time with Quidco, so hopefully all good this time too.

mine is now due i will do a quote tomorrow and see what it comes up as

garbage456;8042050

just did a quote £200 more than everyone else that was cheaper

Insurance due mid March. £280 at MoreThan current insurance company. Ford Mondeo 07
With Aviva £700+ :whistling:

Quick question.....how old are you and how many years NCD do you have?....

OMG it must be just me but my quote is 350 dearer then what im paying now with another year no claims! thanks though as I thought it would be worth a try

Quick bit of a warning here - your current insurer WILL charge you through the nose for canceling mid-term. I have even heard of some companies charging when you do NOT renew with them! (btw, I have worked in the car insurance industry for the last 6 yrs). So CHECK before you take a new policy out.

Just a note about insurance + quidco/rpoints/topcashback etc.

It's often cheaper to get a quote not using cashbash as the quote + cahsback is > quote wihtout cashback.

Esure is a terror for this, £50 cashback but premium £70 more expensive.

Be careful

i just got a quote thats £800 more than i'm currently paying!!!

2 times more that I'm paying with kwik fit!

Aviva wanted £1000 for my renewal, i only pay £130 now per year thru privalage
20 years no claims, 20 years full licence

Mine is due soon so thanks:thumbsup:
2nd thoughts i think i`ll leave it,quoted £493...usually around £220

just had a quote for my 20 yr old daughter and it was £200 cheaper than anywhere else, plus £75 cashback ! Thanks great find !!

Aviva is £75 more than I'm paying with Churchill!!

Sorry, we can’t provide you with a quote - great stuff there! It's very hard to recommend a car insurance company on HUKD as everyone has different circumstances and most people get very different quotes from providers.Shop around yes, but I don't think there is a definitive answer to the cheapest car insurance provider, but £170 a year wow I wish....I pay £1300 a year and I am 22 with 4 years experience and 2 years no claims but car is insurance group 16 which hurts!

yeah, didn't work out cheapest for me either when I renewed recently, but the £75 cashback is worth knowing about for those aviva does work for. Cheapest for me was More Than with £40 cashback.

They are also only offering the free two months insurance if you take out monthly instalments at the ripoff APR rate of about 30% from memory! even with the Quidco my original insurer is a lot cheaper overall. Not like the bargain years from a few years ago when some insurers were offering £120 on Quidco and my insurance was often costing around £20-£50 a year!!!!! those days are long gone! Actually got paid to have home insurance one year (They paid me £60 after the quidco for my insurance)

Don't waste your time if you've not got at least 4 years NCB, I had a go and it worked out on average £300 MORE expensive and several of the other big firms!!!!

Banned

can confirm op's experience having renewed mine and did my dad's for him.
cheapest quotes by far and £75 almost the best cashback for car insurance available.
can only think the muppets who have posted at much more expensive are not comparing like for like, i.e. £500 excess policy is £250, £50 excess oh dear policy is £450!:whistling::whistling:

Brilliant, as long as you don't mind being put through to india when you need them most. Remember they transferred most of their call centres away from britain years ago.
No thanks!

OMG you have the cheek to call people with more expensive quotes than yourself MUPPETS?!? You disgust me! Ever thought that maybe Aviva are not a one stop shop for EVERYONE?! Grrr how single minded are you?! These things are different for everyone. learn what you are talking about before you go and slate half the people on a message board ffs.

Reading this again, I can confirm that the only MUPPET around here is you. idiot.

Cold from me. My car insurance is up for renewal this month so thought I would give Aviva a go. £650 more than my renewal quote!

It WAY benefit somebody but for me it's cold.

Did this 2 weeks back and for me with a xsara picasso and 15 years no claims aviva were around £100 cheaper before quidco !! Only got £65 quidco tho :x LLOyds Tsb wanted £360 for renewal but of course aviva are offering 12 months for 10 so i guess they would be cheaper because of that in some cases.

This isn't even a deal. It should be expired imho.

I went with them other week when it was £65 next day it went up to £75 gutted but at least it tracked.

I agree by far the cheapest mine came out at £263 and more than (last year went with them for £200 ish after quidco) wanted somethin stupid like £450 quid.

Heat added!!

This is daft - if we listed every item available on quidco we'd be here all year.

Quidco is not gauranteed, especially Aviva, who have an history of late/incorrect/non-payment.

And every quote will be different - some very high, some very low.

Freezing for me.

Spot on dude.

Ice cold.

8 years NCD, small low powered car, garaged in a super safe postcode, 200 quid more than my renewal quote which isn't the cheapest.

£170 more than my renewal...!!!!!!

Quick question.....how old are you and how many years NCD do you have?....

Sorry for late reply.

Both 47 & about 20 years NCD. Only can enter 5 and above tho.

I realise that just because it was cheap for me & some others it doesn't mean it will be cheap for everyone.

Still thought it was were mentioning.

If it saved 1 other person money, well in my eyes it was worth it!

Still looks like someones expired it anyway! :x

:whistling: I got a quote for £103.00

 but its per month

never never never, crap company to deal with, example not car but a true story my mum died 1 day before we where going on holiday these's refused to pay out ,deal with them at your peril.

Swiftcover £539, aviva £2029!!!! 5 years ncb!

Up your viva!!!!

Don't know why it's been expired but still seems to be on the quidco site.

As with car insurance deals it is totally personal, I have just insured through Aviva who came in at a cheaper price than Churchill who I was with and with the £75 cashback that was a right bonus.

Obviously this isn't going to be suitable for everyone but is worth highlighting to those that it is.

Funny how a 'potential' £75 gets very little heat yet 2 tins of baked beans for 50p will get massive heat.
