Found 1st Jan
Just booked my holiday and was looking for travel insurance, logged into my Aviva account and there was an offer for a free years multi trip travel insurance for up to 8 people! Looks like the year must start in January 2018 and obviously expires a year later.

Not there for me.
Nothing for me either. Got a Pension and car insurance with them but only offered 20% off travel insurance. Glad you managed to get it though.
You never know!
Heat added, it’s there for me! I only have car insurance with Aviva
I have the offer and only have health insurance with them if that narrows it down.
only my own experience when claiming they are a nightmare to deal with
Worked for me Thanks
Thanks added this to my few policies
Awesome, worked first time. Thanks OP
Thanks OP, reckon it’s saved me £44! Shame it doesn’t include extras like ski cover as might mean would still need to get extra cover anyway but still a great deal!
Thanks op saved me some cash
Thanks , free cover for 5 minutes work
looks like the previously posted offer is still available aviva.co.uk/exi…ad7
Brilliant, was on my account as well. Have cover with my bank as well, but this allows to add extra travellers for no extra cost. £0 to pay. And hopefully never have to make a claim!
I didn't have the offer on my account but I called there number advised in a previous post and they awarded it no problem at all.
I've got life insurance with them but looks like it's only giving me 10% off. What do others have to get this offer?

Is your health insurance through employer or is it your own? I have it through work so want to know how to sign in

You should get travel insurance when you book your hols....don't start it on the day you leave. If anyone insured has a medical condition in the meantime or the travel operator changes aspects of your holiday you may have appropriate cover to be compensated accordingly. If the travel insurance starts on the day you leave, anything that happens between booking and travelling isn't covered.

Do you have an example please as have taken out this offer when posted a couple of months ago and am due to travel so wondering if I need to take out another?
I've had personal accident insurance with Aviva for over 20 years and the best that they can offer me for travel insurance is a 20% discount.

Life insurance and pension doesn’t matter. Best to ring them up. Please see previously posted deal which has lots of comments.

Self-employed so it's my own policy.
Nice one OP, did this for myself and family of 4 all for free!
Great spot thanks, only £5 odd for me declaring a single medical condition!
Only 20% discount for me
Thanks OP, Had it on mine and didn't have to pay extra when I declared a medical condition.
Thanks OP. Cost extra £17 for world cover add on, was on my way to pay £37 for cover tomorrow. £20 saved and have my policy on my Aviva phone app, easier to access.
Just to point out, on mines free cover was only for Europe, non-Europeon trips require a add on which was still cheaper then going elsewhere.
Worked for me thanks OP. Also tracked cash back in Topcashback (doubt it will pay out though!)
Great deal, just be aware no baggage cover, it’s extra.. it’s ideal if hand luggage only or nothing in baggage worth insuring
Thanks, worked for me

I think that following this link and completing the quote may result in free travel insurance without actually needing to be an existing customer.

This registration process did not request or require a valid policy number before giving out a travel insurance policy number.
Thank you, just saved £58. I wouldn't have known about it if you hadn't posted deal.
