This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

A nice popular ryzen vega 8 build by AWD from £259.99 + £12 for wifi..

Price break down.

Ryzen 2200G £78
240GB kingston £24
A320 MB £45
Cors Ram 2400mhz £26
Unknown PSU: £29
Typical Case £27
wifi card £12

so were talking £236 in parts.

There price £371.99

so about £30 build charge..

& it comes with 3 year warranty which is worth £30 all day long....

The unknown PSU is a little worry, but its AWD and u got yourself a nice Ryzen vega 8 with the warranty.... all the cheap vega 8 systems out there have this issue.

itll be no problem for what it is intended for, but be cautious on building up or adding a GPU.

listed for: interested folks look at prebuilt Vega system only with no intentions of start up build ups., as an alternative to many build advice posts ive given.

#many say they build up laters, but chance they sell and start again anyways.

may get Cold VOTED by alot of VETS on here, but as for a prebuilt with a small build charge, aimed at Ryzen Vega 8s intentional buys, its a decent deal in my eye,

man oh man you cant win on here can you lol.

you write details post about self build 3600x / 2600 / 1600 / 1200.
--> you get folks asking for advice on prebults at afew levels..

you write up afew budgets, vega basic prebults what good on market, some with vega additions with gpu like the other post, cos higher up prebults aint worth it.
then u get biatched about why not just self build, and then on the other post u get folks digging for price u can do a 2600 self build then a 3200g/rx570 even though performance wont jump alot.. but still self build will be better but not everyone wants to self build.

laughable.

for the ones which appreciate im targeting all sorts of folks looking for advice from various aways, your welcome.

OP thanks for posting
Nice deal Sarden and a good looking case to boot!
Heat++ for taking the time to give a good rundown!
Heat added for description and price . Would love to have a white case and blue lights tho but that's just my preference

Thanks for taking the time to post, OP! Looks like an excellent deal to me.
One question... I actually want a PC for graphics work rather than gaming, as my old PC is slow to load. Would this be suitable, or a bit of an overkill? Thanks for any advice.

What kind of graphics ? What software do you use ?
It is actually for my daughter's college photography course work. Most of the time she uses Photoshop, which is taking loads of time to load.
My 10 yr old looking for a new PC for his steam library, he plays Roblox and beamng (which struggles) would this be suitable. Currently have a really old i3 and 290 graphics card 8gb ram 1tb
Thanks for posting this. Would there be any of the upgrades listed that you would select?

This pc seems to fit the bill for what I was looking for....just something my son can play RPGs on and warcraft. Is thre any value to getting a secondary HDD?
Yes, I was going to opt for WD 1tb blue bought elsewhere

You'll only get a few games on that drive.
Think Warcraft on its own is 70gb.
Its fine for Warcraft and likes of pubg.
But if you shove a few AAA games on it'll fill up fast.
Yeah the hard drive price is a little over priced so I didn't include it see as they are £33, which u could add your self in 2 mins. But it depends on your experience with pcs .. reason I didn't mention it.

As for the ram.. 3000mhz 16gb is nicer but still a little over priced compared to what they cost elsewhere. Think it was £40 extra when in fact it's £55 total for C15 cors 16gb. With paying an est of £26 for the 8gb all ready is a little high but not unreasonable compared to other suppliers out there though.. so u could buy elsewhere and flog this,

Or give them a call n swap over to another brand, if u do make a phone call swap.. always avoid swapping to anything u can select under the tabs as alter stock will force website price of items.. (ccl experience not awd with that...).. but it's just a little tip for you lot (I play the big guys at there own game....)

This should be a nice upgrade for her, and a very good one without breaking the bank depending on which i3 she has?

Remove your 1tb hdd and pop into this one,

Also pop the 290 in to it too, power wise shouldn't be an issue.

Then sell on fb market place what u can for the rest.. ull get something back on it.

But I don't see no reason to repurchase a 1tb hd and include the old one into the sale.

Have a click on my name, incase u do feel confident on a self build "ryzen 1200" self build advice one.. is the alternative.

290 is way superior to this integrated gpu. Processor might be a bit more powerful. IMHO not worth the upgrade.

Thanks, looks like my processor is the bottle neck then, so I need something to put the 290 in? Mmmm???.
Wonder what's the exact model of your i3. You could get away just upgrading the cpu to i7 if you could get it for cheap. Also probably you will need to put some more ram since its old and back then people wouldn't put more than 8gb of ram.
Just had a look at my specs it's an i3 540 3.07ghz, with an AMD R9 200 series card?
Alternative what you could do @mxer450 .

Is remove your current CPU/mb/ram.

1600 £86 / B450 Ds3h £65 / 16gb Ram £55 = £205.

Sell your 290 -40, obtain a RX570 £110.

Should come to around £270. More future proof (If u don't feel confident on doing the cpu/mb placement wait until ccl on eBay store do a 15% discount u can get bundles for same price as if built and put them together ur self.

It isn't a bad deal...
However, it only has a 250gb SSD as its sole memory. a good chunk of that will be used for the Operating System (Also, not provided) as well as other programs. SSD's are much faster than HDD's, so its a bonus. But, SSDs are getting cheaper, 250gb isn't a lot
I use adobe suite, and this would be ok for the job in hand. But I'd invest in a 1tb external drive for files, photos etc... and leave the SSD for the operating system and programs.

Basically, spend an extra £150 and get a superior machine.

Thank you for your quality time, I do have another CPU a compatible i7 I bought years ago but was worried about swapping over as unsure if it was just a plug and play thing? Or a nightmare updating operating system key and bio's?..

Thanks again for the alternative options bud, cheers

Depends what kind of case he has.
My pre built pc was so tightly packed I ended up buying a new case and PSU. Would have been a struggle to fit a board in and there was little airflow. So an upgrade turned into a total new build.

How does an SSD provide any memory?
Would the 480gb gigabyte ssd for 24 quid be a good upgrade to this?

240gb avg is £24.. and a 480GB is £42

a little over price'd.... upto u.
Had a friend pick this up for the sake of speed just before the holidays and looked it over -
Pretty well built, nicely clean cable management

Have always built own systems but found it hard to get it for parts for the 250 they paid at the time - I'd priced it up at like 25 cheaper to build (the AWD warranty swinged it for them)

PSU included was a Corsair CX500 Watts— 80 PLUS® Bronze

As i have no intention of building my own, more than happy to spend a bit extra to make this system a bit more robust in terms of RAM and storage etc. Will need to look for a monitor and keyboard mouse etc as well. Thanks for all the help

You'd be better off with a Intel based PC then rather than AMD, as the Adobe software is optimised for Intel chips. Look at the performance difference in Premiere for example:

i7 870 would do the trick. Still capable cpu, I just quick checked the ebay. It goes for 30-40. Would give some extra miles for that pc. Otherwise go with a new system some b450 board and ryzen 5 3600.

P. S. R9 290 is the same performance as rx570. It just runs warmer and eats more watts. Not worth 70 quid for 1fps difference.
Edited by: "jordantr" 29th Dec 2019
Got an old i7 870.
Runs reasonably well with a 1060 but bottlenecks it a bit in some games.
Its a cheap upgrade. But it's really starting to age and is a shorter term fix.
Tbh id just get this and add the old card or buy a cheap ryzen motherboard and ram bundle and drop it in the old case.
if you want this kinda build in another case with a RX570 -> hotukdeals.com/dea…d=7
