It doesn't seem to specify much abou the components. It is also important to note there is no operating system installed at this price, that this price is for a system with a 1TB spinning drive rather than SSD, only includes 8GB of DDR4, that 450W PSU is not going to cut it if you upgrade it much further.

The Gigabyte H110M motherboard is fairly poor spec and there are some terrible reviews

Windows 10 can be picked up for sub £15. You can add an SSD for an additional £5. Also a 450W is more than enough for a 1060 but yes I agree if you upgrade it at a later date may need updating.

Similar. It's expired. Went hot so posted this

If you include the OS and an SSD for the OS it comes to £760.91. Not terrible but you don't know what GPU you're getting, the PSU is a bit naff, and a 6500 would be nicer for the price. Then again it's prebuilt with 3 year warranty!

As mentioned above you can pick up Windows 10 for under £20 and changing to an SSD is an extra £5.
Although it is entirely up to the end user if they want to pay full retail price for Windows.

Get a i5-6400, good cooler, a Z170 motherboard, good cheap ram and overclock the CPU to 4.3 (BCLK) together with the ram.

It's £4.99 for a 120gb SSD if you're happy for that to be your only storage. My price was for that plus a 1TB HDD. As far as paying for Windows 10, that's personal preference for sure. Though I'm of the mindset that you either pay full price or pirate rather than pay someone to pirate for you.

is AWD-IT a Trusted (non scam) site ???

Fair enough regarding storage but there's nothing wrong with OEM keys. Up to you if you want to pay full retail price.

They are a reputable company. They're also known as ADMI Ltd if you want to look into them. I bought a case from them via Amazon a few weeks ago and had no problems.

I am looking to convert to PC after a number of years on console. I have been recommended this one, is this a good choice? Alternatively, could you give me another recommendation. My budget is £700 MAX
