My cashback has been declined from topcadhback as Azimo are saying the value of my transaction is below £50. Clearly they are wrong - the ‘value’ of the £50 transaction i made is £50. The fact I got £10 off does not alter the total value of the transaction - the recipient was given £50. I’ve never had to disputed a cashback claim before so not sure what happens from here.

Mine too, new customer, never used a code and transfered money to someone else, wasted my time.

and so my Quidco claim gets rejected
on completely unfounded grounds that they have already paid cashback to another referee - a lot of sh!te, I have to say.
I have not used any code so no gain from me at all: neither discount at the time of transfer, nor cashback.
It was genuine transfer (not between my own accounts) - needless to say am not going to use Azimo again. Never. Plenty other options for me without being accused of doing something wrong.
Small minded company.

I signed up initially through topcashback but didn't use any codes and then eventually did my first transaction without a code via there app. Do you still think I will get the cashback?

Well in theory it should still qualify as they state "first successful online money transfer", but knowing how they've been cancelling transactions I don't think they're the sort of company to honour cashback. TCB will probably just come back with the merchant has denied the cashback with no valid reason.

Anyone tried Transfer Go?
£25 or more from cashback sites.
Not sure of any code stacking. ;-)

And using a referral link may jeopardise your cashback...

Cheers

Cashback took about an hour to track for me. I've had a few problems with quidco and TCB over the years. I've had a LOT of cashback transactions though....and for me TCB have offered much the better service - often paying out when a retailer doesn't.

If cashback fails for whatever reason I've paid them a pound and a charity a tenner. I can live with that.

Cashback has tracked.

From personal experience of using TCB a lot (usually higher rates than Quidco and can take out as Amazon vouchers with +5% and Tesco clubcard points), I have very few problems, and of the few claims I've had to do, the number of rejected ones is very very few and far between (assuming it was a valid transaction and I haven't cancelled or returned any part of it)

If the cashback tracks and pays out... which with my recent TCB experiences is not more than a 50/50 shot. Started using Quidco mainly again now due to this who have got better (they dropped which was when I started using TCB now gone full circle)

shame just £5 now.

depends on what country you are sending to. I use sarrafi.co.uk and they have been very reliable with decent rates.

You may want to do it for the cash back but otherwise their rates are lower than elsewhere and they charge £5 commission too (for the transaction I was pricing)
