Chavtastic! I can't work out why anybody would put these on a baby. … Chavtastic! I can't work out why anybody would put these on a baby. Babies are babies for such a precious short time and only get to wear baby clothes for a few precious months of their entire life. Babies should be in baby gear, like booties and babygros. u being serious! how r these taking away ur baby from being a baby! i wouldnt use the word "chav" either.... great find HOT

Agree- tiny babies shouldn't even be wearing shoes. If these didn't have the converse logo on would everyone still want to go and buy them?

We'll they are baby shoes so they still be wearing baby clothing. My boy has had vans since birth lol I think it's cool.

So what is a baby shoe to u a £30 shoe from Clarks is it?

Shoes are for walking and my son got his first pair of shoes when he was 19 months!

I got him great camouflage converse when he turned 2.5 yrs old, bargain £7.40 from debenhams!

Great price if you can get them in UK size 7 upwards for toddlers.

You clearly don't know what a chav is.

Not available in JD in Liverpool Pararadise street store.

No, booties are perfectly adequate for a baby's feet, regardless of the price. FWIW I don't see the point on spending a fortune on clothes and shoes when it will fit a baby for about 6 weeks before they need the next size up.

That makes no sense.

hmmm amazing comments, tiny babies shouldn't wear shoes... so let them walk bare feet? babies can start walking after 6 months you know..
spending a fortune on clothes for babies?... £5 is not a fortune all baby clothes will be this price or higher, and all will be too small in 6 months. Thats what having baby entails.. COST..

When did Chuck Ts become a Chav thing, can honestly say I don't think I've ever seen a Chav wearing Converse.

None in Uxbridge, anyone seen any in the nearby stores?

Babies don't need trainers when they can't even walk - they have the rest of the lives to wear stuff like this. If you don't understand what I mean, kindly don't comment

How do you feel when you see someone disabled wearing trainers?, seeing as some disabled people cannot walk either.

That's the poblem these days too many people with opinion on how other people should live their lives.

Anyone seen any £5 high heels for my 9 month old niece?

spannerzone

Anyone seen any £5 high heels for my 9 month old niece?:D

plus £10 for a baby nail set at a nail shop.

anyone else found these in store

Bought my little one a pair... Why wear baby grows on them all the time and booties when there are so many nice baby clothes. I always have my baby dressed, she never wears a baby grow other than for bed. Great find if u can get them! I do to have a shop near me.

Don't bother... they will be out of fashion soon...

Nothing wrong with a baby looking cute in these, they are soft little booties, not rubber trainers! I think they look adorable! Fab find!

Converse aren't particularly a chavvy brand... And if they fit 6-12 months then you are out of the 'booties' stage anyway, as much as it pains me to say! I think this is a nice find, although I prefer the little leather baby shoes and got some of those for £4 in jojo maman bebe sale, they are pink with duckies on

It's proven that the best thing for a growing baby's feet are nothing - barefoot is the best way to go indoors and then soft booties/cruisers until they can walk. If they don't fit right (not just size but width) you can cause a lot of problems with the way the baby's feet grow. My son got his first pair of pre walkers (cruisers) just before his 1st birthday.

I cringe when I see 3 month old babies in trainers!
