Shame the fruit stem remover isn't still in the sale - I would have recommended it!! Bought it on a whim when it was reduced and actually really rate it and use it a lot...for futrue reference!

Thanks op for pointing me in the direction of the jojo maman outlet. Just put in an order for 2 pairs of leather booties, a sun hat and a pair of trousers for £19 with free delivery!
The leather booties are gorgeous quality, make lovely new baby gifts are a total bargain at £5 a pair down from £14.
Thanks again :-)

Thanks. Just spent 30quid on unnessesary things :-)

add code MM21 for an extra 10% off

Never ceases to amaze the amount of utter crap they put out there for new parents, mental, truly mental - calm yer baby down after getting a wee splash of bath water.

Newsflash! If they get used to a little splash, they soon won't be bothered by it!

Banana slicer FFS!

Look at this POS they originally sold for 15 quid!

Living in a close where children play out, I actually think this is really good - we have it on the corner at the top of the road to alert non residents - for £5 it's excellent & well made plus you can weigh it down. You can't put a price on child safety IMO.

As for the banana slicer it means my toddler can help prepare her fav snack ( fruit salad) without coming into contact with a knife.

AsI said I the post no idea what splash thing is like BUT having a child that was born In depths of winter, for £3 I would have taken a punt on that as my bathroom is always cold & this soaks up warm water...

Yes none are needed/essential but for costs pretty good in my view & nice to add to a baby gift as nice extra.

Future dad to be (December). Will definitely be getting one of these things on pay day if they still have some left. It's not designed to stop splashes, it's designed to keep the baby warm when in the bath.

If you've ever been swimming outside in the UK and come out of the water, you'll know why these are helpful.

Heated.

Ah how exciting this is the site for you then!!!
make sure you sign up to all the baby sites like Hipp, Aptimal, Ella's kitchen as they send you free samples & money off coupons when it comes to weaning etc

Asda also has fab baby events every few months.

Enjoy the lead up & sleep while you can.

OP - I'm not getting at you, I'm sure you've helped a few with this offer.

For me, stuff like this is over engineered crap. Babies stay warm in a bath as the water is warm and you have the radiator warm in winter, they don't need crap like this.

The sign just makes me lol, the type of people that's intended to make a difference with, are more likely to speed up seeing that.

This bath thing would be handy for babies in cold housed who are enjoying their bath and you might not want to bring them out of it as quickly as you would normally have to. You can't really add hot water to one of the really tiny baby baths so this item would come in handy.

I had one of those baths.

Same rationale applies, if you live in a cold house, it's probably for the best the baby gets used to it.

Really? People who tend to do just over the speed limit - speed up when they know kids are around - doubt it! That's pure evil & speeding is careless!

Btw know you weren't getting at me but my post listed numerous other things that you can't knock such as sun hats & swim nappies & took a lot of effort to do so amount of cold votes are a tad annoying

Thanks OP, ordered some gift boxes and a lovely door hook for DD's room.

Not necessarily speed up, just ignore or laugh.

I know there are some useful items, undoubtedly there are many items one needs as a parent, I have issue with utter dross that litters the market that inexperienced parents buy thinking they're a must have.
