Posted because hopefully it will help someone - it is making people aware even if they can't get the same item

Thanks op. Ignore the rude comment above.

Yep good find. Heat added. Will be keeping an eye in my local boots too.

Hi thanks for posting. Which store in Bradford was this? I will go have a look tomorrow x

Thanks for the post, will pop down tomorrow as my baby is due soon

Thanks OP! My friends baby shower soon, so hopefully one present sorted if I can find one at this price.

These carriers are no good for babies no matter how cheap they are. They don't support your babies spine or hips, the poor baby is just dangling from there crotch. Imagine how you would feel if you were being held up by something between your legs all day. If you want a carrier then look into ones like ergo or connecta, Tula, rose and rebellion. Unfortunately nearly all high street carriers are bad.

What are you basing your opinion on? When I researched carriers there was no issue with Baby Bjorn. They are developed in conjunction with paediatricians and other medical experts. And, imo, are excellent carriers. £5 is a fab price. Thanks for posting OP!

Nothing wrong with baby Bjorn! Been using one with my son for 8 months and he's nearly walking already! Why would u carry a baby in one of these all day anyway??? And that's why they've sold millions of these!

These carriers are safely tried and tested, they are also developed in close collaboration with paediatricians, parents and children. And all the fabrics are kind to your baby's skin and safe to taste. These are very well made.

Thanks

Great price, I paid three times that used on eBay. Have some heat!

we used one of these with no problems at all, very happy baby indeed, and babies are the first to say if they aren't comfortable! as with all carriers, you shouldn't really leave a baby in all day anyway...everything in moderation..!

I just checked in Falkirk and they are still scanning at £54.99

That's exactly what I thought!!!! I wouldn't carry a baby ALL day in a carrier anyway. Madness.

But I'm guessing this image is created by someone who wants you to prefer the item on the right, not the one on the left. I could produce a similar photo but making the opposite ones look good and bad, by making sure it's not properly adjusted for the child in question!

Checked in wood green £54.99

Erm, I'll post the barcode shortly

It has a store specific sale label on it so you will be your lucky to find it in other stores. At the moment there is a lot of items with 75% off in the Boots baby section though which is national, including Nuby toys, bottles, breast pumps, plates and cutlery etc. It is all in its usual place on the shelf but it has a clearance label and will be the same price in all stores if they have stock.

Cant find it.. Could u plz get one for me as well?

Cnt find it.. Dnt wanna miss the deal..would u be kind enough to buy one for me and post it.. I know its a headache bt vl pay for it..

Sorry luby89 I've only checked bradford and they didn't have another in stock but doesn't seem like any one else has had any luck

Good price- I used one of these occasionally when my son was small but as he got older (over 4 months I think) I personally found it sore on my back and I bought a carrier that spreads the weight around your hips like the ones referred to by finlayson22. I found this much better, he looked more comfortable (not like he was dangling) and I was actually still able to carry him at two years old if needed.

Still, for the product it's a good deal so voted hot.

Its ok maq786.. Bad luck..Thank u for replying

I popped into kirkgate to find a few blankets priced at £1 only to take it to the till and was told I couldn't have them...What the fish! I wasn't happy at all. I even checked the foster square store but nothing there at all. Might check out keighley one...

Overall the carrier was a bargain, well done and thanks for the share

Did they say why you couldn't have them? That's a shame luppiluii

Yes , there are many passionate baby wearing groups that advise never to use carriers that let the baby's legs dangle rather than make an m shape as they should. Avoid this carrier. Ergo is the one I went for but beware of fake ones!

Yeah because being dangled by your crotch would be much more comfortable than sitting down fully supported....
