Following on from my Mothercare Price Match post, I throught I'd post the deal I got with it.

The BabyBjörn® Baby Carrier in City Black is available on sale on the Mothercare website for £43.99.

If you order this to be delivered to store, and then phone Mothercare on 01923 210210 [0845 330 4030] they will price match BabyPlanet.biz (who are selling it for £42.50).

Because they have price matched, they will also send you a £10 gift card, effectively making this £32.50.

Add the TopCashBack/Quidco 5% into this, and you've got it for £30.30.

That's is 45% off the RRP.

To be fair they're not great slings which might also explain the cold votes. They're not all that comfy for babies or parents, especially once the baby's a bit older. A nice stretchy wrap sling like a Moby or a Close spreads the weight and supports your baby's spine much better in 'froggy legs' position.

Having said that, that price is great and they have good resale value if you wanted to eBay it once you're finished with it.

Good make, quality item and certainly does support baby's back! Heat added.

I disagree, we tried 3 or 4 other carriers/slings in all price ranges - my son hated all of them. The only one he did not cry in was the baby bjorn one and he was happy in that even when he was older too Comfy for me too.
